31st Mar 2026 (2 days ago)I had to keep chasing them . Over valued it by 50,000 then wanted me to keep dropping. No real concrete feed back . Very miss leading about offers instead of waiting for offers officially tell you one is been made to never materialize.
25th Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)I arranged a viewing for a flat advertised on Rightmove, only to find that the property looked nothing like the photos or floor plan in the listing. When I called to question this, I was told the wrong images had been uploaded “by mistake.” This is completely unacceptable and feels deliberately misleading. It wasted my time and gave the impression of highly unprofessional conduct. Listings should accurately represent the property — anything less borders on false advertising.

17th Nov 2025 (19 weeks ago)The Longines Global Champions Tour in Chelsea, London is superbly organised! There are plenty of activities for kids, including horse riding and a great selection of fresh food and drinks. You can also purchase clothing and gear for horse riding on site. A fantastic event for families and horse enthusiasts — highly recommended!

Director Mehul Devani is a business owner who repeatedly breaks the rules, commits fraudulent acts & exploits tenants and business owners for greed. This individual destroys life's & business in his pursuit to make a profit. This landlord leaves vulnerable people in squalid, unsafe properties! He fails to return security deposits, BEWARE & uses the County Court system to enforce judgements drafted to take advantage of tenants & the public. Mel owns various companies & I've read desperate reviews against each business left by members of the public reporting him him & his SHOCKING practises acting as landlord & director of CQC Social Care Services. Please use the internet to do your research before dealing with this company that will destroy peoples life's for profit.

23rd Sep 2022 (3 years ago)A window in the flat broke in November, almost a year later and we find out from the tenant that they haven't fixed it. Will not respond to calls or return them. Property managers seem to change every three months and no new manager seems to have any idea of what the previous ones said or did. Avoid.
7th Jan 2016 (10 years ago)'Nick and I have done a number of deals together over the years in NW1/W1/Marylebone/Mayfair, in particular where I have valued properties for clients and informed Nick, after which he would immediately bring a client, before the property is advertised on the open market, who would transact on the property as Nick knew it was exactly what his client was looking for. Quality properties in sought after addresses priced correctly are very hard to come by. Sometimes deals have been complicated and Nick has overcome the obstacles and successfully pushed the deals through for his clients. However, Mubashir worked with me to solve all the issues, was super helpful and responsive and ensured that all issues were resolved on time. Since he took over, communication has been handled appropriately and it's been a pleasant experience so far
