She really put in a shift to help progress the property we’re looking at and was incredibly proactive throughout the whole process. Renting a property in London can often feel stressful and tiring, but Grace made the whole experience seamless and easy to navigate, often even working out of office hours to help move conversations forward. Having someone like Grace representing Chestertons really shows the quality of the brand and the calibre of people they attract. When you’re dealing with a property search via Chestertons, ask them for Grace as your key contact!

25th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Currently purchasing a flat in Belsize Park with this agency (we've just exchanged contracts). I've found the assigned agent to be communicative, cooperative and courteous. Furthermore, they helped me find a surveyor, which was very useful. Overall it's been a good experience, and I would gladly recommend the agency.

They were professional, knowledgeable, and always available whenever I needed advice or had questions during my apartment purchase in London. Their guidance and responsiveness made the entire process much easier. I’m very grateful for their help and would happily recommend Jasmine and Ryan to anyone buying property.
20th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I am disappointed with the communication from the current property manager, Kennedy, as I have had no communication from him. I have been trying to reach him since December. I was advised to send emails, which I did, and I have also called during the week, but he never seems to be available or in the office, I left my details multiple times so Kennedy can contact me, but he keeps ignoring them. On the other hand, Lynsey has been a lifesaver. She is very professional, empathetic, and always does her best to resolve issues. She handled my window problem, which was urgent as it remained open during the coldest months, and also supported with the consequences of that issue, such as mould. It is now the end of March, and I am still trying to contact Kennedy regarding a parking space, which is the only matter Lynsey is unable to assist with. I have a newborn, and parking on my road is extremely difficult, making this situation even more challenging.

31st Mar 2026 (2 days ago)I had a really great experience with Circa London, and especially with Kit Farino, who was fantastic throughout. Why I chose Circa (and would again): • They understood exactly what I was looking for very quickly — no wasted time, no irrelevant viewings • The properties he showed were genuinely high quality and well aligned with my criteria • Outstanding process management — I went from offer submitted to getting the keys in less than 1.5 months (and Kit was really part of making this happen) • Extremely responsive — Kit was always available, proactive, and on top of everything • Not the typical “salesy” approach — Kit really focuses on making both parties agree in a fair and smooth way, without pressure or nonsense What really sets them apart: Unlike many agencies that flood you with listings you don’t care about, Kit is very focused and selective. You can tell he actually listens — every property shown felt relevant, which makes a huge difference in London. Overall, a very smooth, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable buying experience — which is rare. I’ll definitely come back to Circa London — and to Kit Farino — when I sell my property. NB: This was for the purchase of a one-bedroom flat in Central London.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
