28th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)I am sorry but the estate agents have not done much for us at all eg sold , got any viewings,. Saying that I know it was part of the contract but the admin fee of £150 plus vat is a lot for not doing much or anything to sell our house. So will leave it at that . Thanks

I sympathise with anyone selling or letting a property through this stuck up agency . May god help you . Completely slack , a lot of p45’s need dishing out here .

17th May 2023 (1 year ago)Only £99 in estate agency fees. Sold in a week! Easy to use portal to load up property info and photos also respond to queries and set up viewings etc. Highly recommend if you want to DIY.
