24th Mar 2025 (8 weeks ago)Living in a rented Property 'managed' by linley and Simpson. We have found ourselves without a working boiler for over a week, NO hot water, nothing. Also a leak under the kitchen floor, which is flooding the place. Our landlord has phoned, we phoned, I had the phone put down on me. Result NOTHING. !!.

17th Feb 2025 (13 weeks ago)The worst estate agent out there. I should have read reviews before trusting them to sell my property. They did not actively try to sell my property, communication lacked massively, didn’t take my property off the market when advised to and lost my flat keys. All this and when they had the chance to put this right - did nothing. Please avoid - they don’t care for customers. There are much better estate agents out there.

We sold our bungalow and the entire process from end to end was slick and efficient, from the original valuation carried out by Michael to the ongoing unapparelled support from Natalie who not only helped to actually sell our property but went on to provide continuous support and guidance throughout the entire process. It's a well know statistic that moving home is one of the most stressful things you can ever experience. However, we have to say that receiving the level of care and support we received from Natalie was not something we'd never experienced before and she enabled the move to be smooth and stress free. We have moved several times and we've never ever recieved such sublime service, care and support as we had with Redmove Estate Agents. If you're selling/buying a property and you want the very best then choose Redmove. High end fantastic service and value for money! Thank you so much to Michael, Natalie, & the Team for a job incredibly well done!!
