3rd Apr 2024 (15 days ago)I have had a brilliant service from Carter Jonas Team - Special thank you to David Sinclair for showing me my new home at a last minute request and amending my tenancy paperwork quickly, to Celine for liaising with referencing for a small hiccup, and Grace Wilson for her input throughout the process. There may have been some hiccups, part of the nature of moving, but they were very hands on and rapid acting to smooth out the process for me!

We encountered them when buying a house a few years ago and were impressed at their fairness in handling the buyer/seller balance. Hence tje decision to use them when selling. This last transaction fell at a difficult time and had some complications but they showed patience, persistence, courtesy and even humour. In brief, we trust them.

23rd Dec 2019 (4 years ago)Fabulous , professional service every time we viewed. Jennifer at "River House" York office is wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble. Claire , who accompanied us on a viewing was equally helpful. Both girls give liberally of their time & that was a rare quality which we did NOT encounter a great deal with other estate agents! I would have no hesitation in recommending Savills . They give superb (well-informed) service.

8th Apr 2021 (3 years ago)I cannot commend David enough for his enthusiasm, resolve, customer service skills and dedication to both marketing and selling our property! David spent a lot of time with each viewing and always obtained feedback from each potential purchaser, which he then fed back to us the same day. He is a credit to the industry. I would also like to mention David’s wife, Christine, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes with all follow up enquiries, constantly keeping in touch with us from start to finish and is a great source of moral support. She is as dedicated as David, and they make a formidable team! We sold our bungalow and the entire process from end to end was slick and efficient, from the original valuation carried out by Michael to the ongoing unapparelled support from Natalie who not only helped to actually sell our property but went on to provide continuous support and guidance throughout the entire process. It's a well know statistic that moving home is one of the most stressful things you can ever experience. However, we have to say that receiving the level of care and support we received from Natalie was not something we'd never experienced before and she enabled the move to be smooth and stress free. We have moved several times and we've never ever recieved such sublime service, care and support as we had with Redmove Estate Agents. If you're selling/buying a property and you want the very best then choose Redmove. High end fantastic service and value for money! Thank you so much to Michael, Natalie, & the Team for a job incredibly well done!!

In a very difficult market they have facilitated many viewings, all have been carried out professionally, and without fuss. Our previous estate agents, we believe, 'led us down the garden path', to retain our interest. Just wish we'd instructed Indigo Greens in the first place. They may be a relatively small company but as they say, good things come in small packages.

9th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)AVOID! If I could give zero stars I would. Please read the other 1star reviews. All accurate. Unless of course you enjoy paying someone £ks for doing nothing. Mark does literally the bare minimum to get paid i.e. list your property on right move and maybe email his database. I had to do all the viewings myself (despite asking prior and Williamsons saying they would do them), and chase for feedback. He went on holiday towards the start of our listing with them without telling us. They came to put the for sale sign up and put it facing IN to the garden. We turned it around ourselves. There was very little communication. He will blame the fact that my phone apparently didn't have a ring tone (although it rang and I always answered or called back) despite it being fine for everyone else. And despite it being the 21 century where things like text/WhatsApp/email etc exist. We didn't hear from him again after we accepted an offer, after 3 months I got in touch with them and asked if they could chase things and then it was Lynne who responded. We have still not heard a thing from Mark since. The only saving grace for this agent is Lynne in the office. Lovely and friendly and always willing to help but that was hugely overshadowed by the arrogance and neglect of Mark Williamson himself.

4th Apr 2024 (14 days ago)Paul at Bishops sold my Dads house on Bishopthorpe Road. We initially used another company but became quickly disillusioned by the fact that they would keep sending out estate agents for viewings and that knew nothing about the house or the area. We asked Paul to come and discuss his services he provided and was impressed by the fact he is a one-stop-shop. The house sold yesterday and we have been over the moon with the service provided. Throughout the process, Paul has stood by his word and was an amazing link between the purchaser and the two solicitors. He provided us with regular updates and was incredibly prompt in responding to our questions. Paul did all the viewings and was knowledgably about both the property and the area. My Dad and ourselves no longer live in York so Paul very kindly let the buyers into the property on numerous occasions along with builders, architects and interior designers. He was a pleasure to talk to and dealt with our queries in a very cheery manner. We would have no hesitation in recommending Paul and think his approach to selling houses was definitely the right one for my Dad.
