Richard set a good 'Offers in excess of' figure for my house. He booked all the viewings on one day so I wasn't overly inconvenienced. He showed them round and fully respected the Covid rules. There were a couple of additional viewings and I am satisfied all interested parties had the opportunity to view. The house sold in eight days. He achieved £15K over the asking price then helped me through the sale a n d the purchase of my new house.
