Especially impressed by the quality of the viewings where are assigned viewing agent knew our property in and out, and was able to guage interest extremely effecitvely

15th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)This Review is important not because the Sale of my Property was smooth and speedy but because it was the exact opposite but it proves how important it is to have an Good Agent.<br>From the start John was courteous friendly and helpful. He explained the process very clearly and was not 'pushy' to get me to go with Reeds Rains. Despite the total inefficiency of both the Buyer and their Solicitor John remained calm, and was relentless in 'chasing' up the Buyer, his Solicitor and my Solicitor by ringing and speaking to them all to ensure he got a response and pushing them into Action.
29th Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)Whilst not the cheapest option in terms of fees, this was offset by the final offer made which was above the minimum asking price. The sales/admin team work well together meaning queries are efficiently directed to the appropriate personnel. Viewings were managed very effectively with phone calls backed up with confirmation emails. Feedback from viewings was rigorously sought and quickly relayed back to me. Overall I am very impressed with the quality of service given.
18th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)I found Cundalls to be amazing at what they do. We were always kept informed of viewings, progress and any potential issues. Given that we lived away from the property this was very important to us. In summary the service was first class. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to sell a property.
24th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)Good estate agents, could do more communicating did find we chased them for info but good at getting back with info on viewing quickly, overall quite pleased. Some areas to improve on but I think you’ll get that with other agents too.

We sold our bungalow and the entire process from end to end was slick and efficient, from the original valuation carried out by Michael to the ongoing unapparelled support from Natalie who not only helped to actually sell our property but went on to provide continuous support and guidance throughout the entire process. It's a well know statistic that moving home is one of the most stressful things you can ever experience. However, we have to say that receiving the level of care and support we received from Natalie was not something we'd never experienced before and she enabled the move to be smooth and stress free. We have moved several times and we've never ever recieved such sublime service, care and support as we had with Redmove Estate Agents. If you're selling/buying a property and you want the very best then choose Redmove. High end fantastic service and value for money! Thank you so much to Michael, Natalie, & the Team for a job incredibly well done!!

I'd say that Stephensons did work hard to sell the house.

31st Jul 2026 (3 days ago)Poorly marketed and didn’t even sell the house, had to go with another agent and within 24 hours had a viewing whereas after 6 weeks with TAUK we had absolutely nothing!

We encountered repeated issues with attention to detail, including property photographs requiring multiple rounds of correction due to obvious editing errors and eventually having to re-photograph the property. On more than one occasion, viewings were not properly prepared, curtains were left closed in a bedroom and there was confusion over access despite key locations having been provided, . We were also made aware that a viewer was left waiting outside because the agent arrived late to the appointment. While the manager responded professionally and apologised when concerns were raised, the overall experience left us feeling that greater organisation, communication and attention to detail were needed.
