She was both friendly and professional and offered good communication throughout our dealings. So I can not speak for the rest of Proffitt and Holt as an agency, as I only really dealt with her and she was a very good representive and ambassador of them.

From start to finish, Sasha was incredibly supportive and managed my expectations with utmost professionalism. Her responsiveness to my emails was impressive, and she was always available for a call whenever I had questions or concerns. Sasha’s dedication and efficiency made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure that everything was handled promptly and effectively. Her friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills, I feel, sets her apart. 21st Oct 2024 (13 weeks ago)The worst service experience ever. I WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECCOMEND THIS AGENT. I WILL BE TAKING IT FURTHER. THE LANDLORD BEING A ROGUE LANDLORD FROM A DIFFERENT AREA AND BEING FINED. DONT KNOW HOW TENANTS ARE STAYING QUIET AT THIS PROPERTY.

28th Oct 2024 (12 weeks ago)Paul Markey unfortunately let the team down. I’m presuming he’s just started his career so his inexperience has resulted in some poorly judged, unprofessional behaviour. Real shame as we initially liked Paul and mentioned giving them more business in the future yet definitely one to avoid now sadly. Context - We decided to proceed with another property that was on sale with a different estate agent instead of Paul’s property. He wasn’t happy… “Thank you for wasting my time and also now having to have a very awkward conversation with my owner…. Lets hope for your sake you don’t get messed around like we have but if there is such a thing as property karma it may well happen. Think we can end this here” No commission on this one I’m afraid ????
14th Aug 2024 (23 weeks ago)It was Signature Watford I dealt with. They were helpful, kept one fully informed and up to date. I dealt with Peter Heath most of the time - he was courteous at all times with a quiet caring manner. I would recommend him to anyone. Someone who you could trust 100%.

I cannot thank Ian and Oliver enough for all their hardwork patience and kindness selling my house in St Albans. It took over a year due to the unique configuration of the house and I was very stressed and anxious throughout. The team at Carter Hayward went over and above anything I have ever experienced at any estate agents. I have bought and sold properties 8 times in the past and have never dealt with a more professional company of agents. Not only were they consummate professionals but also compassionate and caring, keeping me calm when things went wrong and offering solid, practical and sound advise. I cannot praise them highly enough and recommend them to anyone who wants a truly professional and knowledgeable Estate Agents.

5th Jan 2025 (18 days ago)We had a few viewings with another agent over 2 months, but no offers or negotiations. We moved to Mulburries and had a viewing within a couple of days. An acceptable offer was made and we sold! Great selling skills, hunger to work for the buyer and seller - outstanding. Forget the big, lethargic companies with no real desire and go to Mulburries. They will get you sold.
