15th Jul 2024 (12 days ago)We met Emefa for a house viewing and she was very personable and understood our needs. Her communication has been great as we have been going through the process. Keep up the good work. Unfortunately the house we put down an offer for has fallen through but we felt there was no empathy for the situation from Emefa and therefore will most likely not be going with the agency again. Whilst we appreciate things happen we expected a little care in our case but i guess for estate agents its a simple case of whether they will receive there commission or not.

Ms Azra kept us informed with various reports relating to our properties. She also and very kindly updated us with the legislative side of things by sending us various circulars and publications. 24th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)I really wouldn't recommend Signature Estates unfortunately. Selling a flat, no chain other than buyer and seller (us) for one vacant property. Sold at beginning of May22 still not completed by 24/08/2022 - last contact from Signature Estates was at the beginnjng of August. Send numerous emails, no response. Left 3 phone messages, no response. Very little activity, that we can see or are aware of by Sugnature Estates to support the sale. On their "sellers portal" last update for us the sellers was June 2022, last update on buyers progression is stated as July 2022, now being 24/08//2022. It has been extremely hard work with Signature Estates - PLEASE BE AWARE!

He was brilliant with his knowledge and provided excellent help and support. We had a tight deadline, we were very nervous about the situation, as we also had many obstacles in the way.
