She is dedicated, professional, and always follows through on what she promises. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and committed to doing a great job. Dena is a real asset to Hamptons. I highly recommend Hamptons to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional property management company.

The team has been brilliant throughout the process – always quick to reply to emails, happy to fit us in for last-minute viewings where possible, and have been incredibly helpful every step of the way. She went above and beyond was so quick to answer questions and sorted things out so fast ! Daniell was also brilliant!! Joe, Matt and the excellent team at Fairfield Estates knew the area well, marketed the property brilliantly and shepherded potential buyers through the offer process. They background-checked all offers and advised which were more financially secure and preferably to others. Joe & Matt kept us updated every step of the way and their viewings portal was a helpful way of tracking developments. Clear, concise communication throughout the process and sale from a professional and competitively priced company. High recommended.

So many agencies neglect their tenants in favour of being purely focused on the landlord but this branch really do such a great job at making sure the tenants feel secure as well as doing great work for their landlords. From start to finish Zak, Megan and Matt have been a real pleasure to work with, answering a multitude of questions and working hard to make my move as smooth as possible, being super responsive and proactive. Make sure Zak is on your team, he will definitely go above and beyond to solve any problem you might encounter and 100% salvaged a disaster of my own making within mere hours. Thank you!

Although following excellent marketing I received a very quick offer, the sale ultimately took seven months due to the complexities of a probate and leasehold transaction. Throughout what was often an emotional, stressful and frustrating experience, the professionalism, communication, care and support shown by Scott and his team was absolutely exemplary. I was kept regularly updated at every stage, and when communication from solicitors was lacking, the team proactively chased matters and dealt directly with them on my behalf to keep the process moving. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they genuinely went above and beyond from start to finish. I cannot thank them enough for their patience, dedication and truly outstanding service during a very difficult time. I would recommend Benjamin Stevens without hesitation to anyone looking for an estate agent who is transparent and truly cares about their clients

27th Apr 2026 (13 weeks ago)Having been with a large chain agent for almost a year, with few viewings and very little useful feedback, we swapped to Oak Estates. From the beginning, Kris and his team were really open, honest and positive. They made us feel like they cared about our experience, not just getting us on the books. The viewing team were great - very professional and took on board useful information about the house and the area to pass to the buyers. We managed to get a buyer in much less than half of the time than we had been with the other agents and the office were really good at keeping us in the loop and even offered advice beyond the sale of the property. I would very happily recommend Oak Estates to anyone looking to sell and get a very personalised, honest, professional and caring service.

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
