6th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)The Covid pandemic has not made it easy to sell our beautiful 17th century cottage with having to make many challenging decisions along the way! However, with Harry Sheppard's expert help, this challenge was made much easier: always supportive at the other end of the phone, he encouraged us through a couple of fallen-through sales! Our 62 viewings were expertly managed by three of Knight Frank representatives, Patti, Philippa & Sara, with wonderful communications left at all times. At the end of 15 months, the team felt like part of our family! We highly recommend Knight Frank Oxford for their competitiveness, professionalism, friendliness and patience. Many, many thanks to you all!

This is one of the worst agencies in Oxford, only exceeded in their general incompetence by Finders Keepers.- 28th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)My agent was organized and professional, made me comfortable from day one. I felt that when meeting with the various agents recommended by get agent, he arrived prepared with information about my house and a strategy. A good and patient communicator throughout what can be a tricky project. Everyone i spoke with at the agency was like this. It’s a good firm.

29th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)they lied and charged us for all the marketing material then never used it. we got ZERO enquirers or viewings for over 4 months- then found the online information was WRONG. stating the home is a decade older (i bought it NEW) and worth over £1 million LESS. they refuted to change it, then after we terminated the contract they refuse to rerun the photos we paid for. we spent thousands of pounds and hundreds of hours prepping the house for photos, and paid over £2,000 in total for them.- 21st Jul 2025 (9 mo. ago)Andrews have offered a very personal service, ringing us quickly with any issues and speaking warmly and professionally.
