7th Apr 2026 (6 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Scott Fraser. We attended a scheduled viewing only to find that the agent didn’t turn up. We ended up being shown around the property by the current tenant, which is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. When this was raised, the response and apology from Liberty were minimal and lacked any real accountability. Despite this, we remained serious and submitted an offer. We were clearly told by liberty we would be contacted if there was an opportunity to improve it. That contact never came. Instead, we later found out the landlord had accepted another offer without any communication to us, despite expectations being set. The entire process was poorly handled, disorganised, and lacked even the most basic level of professionalism or courtesy. As someone who has previously worked in estate agency, it’s genuinely surprising to see this level of service still happening. Experiences like this only reinforce the negative stereotypes around the industry. Would not recommend.

They made everything feel smooth and well-managed, always keeping me informed and providing clear, expert advice. Their attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high standard of service really stood out. It’s clear they genuinely care about their clients and go above and beyond to ensure everything is handled seamlessly. I would highly recommend Carter Jonas to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent. A truly five-star experience!

He was professional, friendly, and made the viewing a very comfortable experience by answering all our questions clearly and patiently. He also guided us step by step during the application, keeping us updated and making everything much less stressful. His communication was excellent, and his positive attitude really stood out. We truly appreciate his support and would highly recommend him.

15th May 2026 (3 days ago)I was impressed with the knowledge of the agent who came to value the house. I struggled a little initially with communication as would be told something would be followed up in an email but the email never materialised. They were open to being told of my frustration and came up with a better way to communicate by setting up a WhatsApp group. Their commission is higher than most other agents. They had a steady flow of viewings and weee able to sell.

He took brilliant photos of our house and got everything live very quickly, which helped our property stand out straight away. His communication was honestly the best we’ve experienced compared with other agents- he kept us updated throughout and we never had to chase or wonder what was happening. He clearly put a lot of time and effort into the process. Our house sold much faster than we expected, and we’re really pleased we chose him. We actually went with Richard based on his reviews, and I can say they are absolutely true. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell.

4th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)College and county has looked after two rental houses for me for several years and they take all the hassle out of my life. They select great tenants and give regular feedback on how the letting is progressing, they also deal efficiently with the normal household problems like drains, appliance breakages and keep me informed with me having to interrupt my day to sort them out. They have also negotiated HMO licences with the council on my behalf. I have had requests from other letting agencies but am not going to change. Thank you C&C

Although Lewis was not at DT back then he has been fantastic throughout the whole process of selling the property as were all his colleagues.
