7th Apr 2026 (28 days ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Scott Fraser. We attended a scheduled viewing only to find that the agent didn’t turn up. We ended up being shown around the property by the current tenant, which is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. When this was raised, the response and apology from Liberty were minimal and lacked any real accountability. Despite this, we remained serious and submitted an offer. We were clearly told by liberty we would be contacted if there was an opportunity to improve it. That contact never came. Instead, we later found out the landlord had accepted another offer without any communication to us, despite expectations being set. The entire process was poorly handled, disorganised, and lacked even the most basic level of professionalism or courtesy. As someone who has previously worked in estate agency, it’s genuinely surprising to see this level of service still happening. Experiences like this only reinforce the negative stereotypes around the industry. Would not recommend.

They made everything feel smooth and well-managed, always keeping me informed and providing clear, expert advice. Their attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high standard of service really stood out. It’s clear they genuinely care about their clients and go above and beyond to ensure everything is handled seamlessly. I would highly recommend Carter Jonas to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent. A truly five-star experience!

He was professional, friendly, and made the viewing a very comfortable experience by answering all our questions clearly and patiently. He also guided us step by step during the application, keeping us updated and making everything much less stressful. His communication was excellent, and his positive attitude really stood out. We truly appreciate his support and would highly recommend him.

Rob gave us confidence in the sale from our first meeting for the valuation. He had very clear ideas on how to promote the property and what it was worth. We took a chance with Rob's suggested asking price that was significantly higher than quoted by other agents, and after a very quick launch to market and an open house the following week, we had multiple asking price offers and accepted an offer above the asking price, which was all the evidence we needed that we chose the right agent. Throughout the process, we were kept updated by Naomi and the office team, who did everything to make an ordinarily stressful time almost stress free. The service from everyone was outstanding and I would recommend the team to anyone looking to sell or buy.

For buying, they really support buyers with viewings etc. and for sellers, they make the effort to attract buyers and match them to the most appropriate properties. All staff are extremely proactive and need recognition for their efforts. Calum stands out, he is kind, polite, professional and takes the time to get to know his clients/their requirements - he really does go above and beyond and the company are lucky to have him. Thank you for everything.

22nd Apr 2026 (13 days ago)I contacted Richard at Miles Byron in the New Year as I was looking to sell my home. I was drawn to Richard as a potential agent due to the wonderful review on offer by previous clients. Richard quickly arranged an appointment to meet me and review my home and discuss my wishes, he offered a fair and sensible price in line the current market and following agreement was able to return promptly to take photographs and get my home listed on the market. My home went up for sale on the 10th January 2026 and it an offer was made and accepted by 23rd January 2026 from ideal buyers with no chain as I needed a quick move due to personal circumstances with a timeline of the end of April as the ideal. I have today exchanged and due to complete on the sale on 5th May 2026. Huge thank you to Richard for such a seamless process and securing me the best price possible. I am most impressed with his work ethic and that one man can single-handedly and so efficiently manage all parts of the process from photos, listing on social media, managing and completing any viewings, updating promptly after viewings etc. I would not hesitate to recommend Richard/Miles Byron to anyone locally looking to buy or sell.

4th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)College and county has looked after two rental houses for me for several years and they take all the hassle out of my life. They select great tenants and give regular feedback on how the letting is progressing, they also deal efficiently with the normal household problems like drains, appliance breakages and keep me informed with me having to interrupt my day to sort them out. They have also negotiated HMO licences with the council on my behalf. I have had requests from other letting agencies but am not going to change. Thank you C&C
