   Flick & Son handled the sale of our holiday cottage for us. They secured significant interest in our property and although one prospective purchaser withdrew very late in the process (not Flicks fault), their energy and commitment to find another buyer never wavered. Their process of having a senior member of their team oversee the conveyance process once an offer has been accepted means that you have a dedicated and highly professional resource making sure that things happen to ensure, as best as they can, that an accepted offer converts into a completed sale.    While in the process of purchasing a property through Brown and Co, I encountered issues regarding the legality of the build on the land. As a result, I made the difficult decision to withdraw from the process. However, I was disappointed by the way Brown and Co handled the situation.    We have just purchased a property through Clarke & Simpson in Framlingham, specifically dealing with Oliver Johnson. We have been very proactive purchasers, pushing for as speedy a completion as possible, and Oliver has always been reachable by phone and/or email. He would always call us back as soon as possible if he was busy and communication was very good at all times of the day. Any requests we had for action, be it communication with the vendors or solicitors for example, were always carried out as soon as possible and we really felt that Oliver was working extremely diligently to ensure all parties were happy and the purchase went through as soon as possible.    From the first contact through to final completion of the sale, every step of the way with Bedfords was efficient, courteous and professional. First up was delivery of a valuation and selling proposal by hand on the same day as the initial visit to the property. We had three agents come to value and Bedfords outperformed the others with ease at this stage. From then on I was kept up to date with every viewing (this was an empty property - executor sale) with feedback and suggestions. The final negotiations and sale process were conducted efficiently and in a timely manner.
