21st Jul 2023 (1 year ago)Avoid. Lots of good sales talk with seemingly pleasant agents, but zero delivery. As a property owner, it was Very muddled approach to onboarding a property, with demands that changed with the breeze. Felt like no clear process.
5th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)Having bought and sold houses previously we are not inexperienced in the process. We went with Flick & sons because they said that they send all their sales people round to view the property so they would know what they were dealing with when selling it. We thought this was a good idea even though they were not the cheapest estate agents. Unfortunately this was not the case and we had at least 3 agents show people around who we had never seen. On one occasion the agent never even turned up so we ended up showing the prospective buyer around ourselves!! The original photos taken along with the description was not particuarly good so had to be re worded and touched up. We did ask if there was any leeway on the fee due to the problems encountered but were bluntly refused. Although Mathew, Millie and Sabrina were helpful I would definitely NOT recommend Flicks and Sons!

19th Jul 2024 (8 days ago)Thoroughly pleased with the service. The right buyer with the right price put in his offer within 48 hours of the house going on the market. Terrific level of communication from the agent to ourselves so we had the minimum of worry. Very helpful and polite staff.

As we are new to the area, we requested a recommendation for a surveyor and removal company, who were both excellent. We always appreciated their good communication, and Stuart Clarke attended an extended time second viewing for us at our request.

1st Jan 2021 (3 years ago)From the first contact through to final completion of the sale, every step of the way with Bedfords was efficient, courteous and professional. First up was delivery of a valuation and selling proposal by hand on the same day as the initial visit to the property. We had three agents come to value and Bedfords outperformed the others with ease at this stage. From then on I was kept up to date with every viewing (this was an empty property - executor sale) with feedback and suggestions. The final negotiations and sale process were conducted efficiently and in a timely manner. Thanks to Susie Potter and the whole Bedfords team - realise this has been a challenging year and you were very busy - but Well Done.

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

2nd Feb 2024 (25 weeks ago)I really can not fault Exquisite Homes, They did everything perfectly, the brochure for my house was a work of art, it was glossy and made more like a book, in comparison with the tatty photocopied sheets I had from some of the estate agents who were offering houses I was considering buying. Their photographer was amazing and produced fantastic pictures and, it's the pictures that sell the house in the first place. The team who sold my house was amiable and efficient. Even after the sale had been agreed the Exquisite team, chased the solicitors and pushed the sale through, the only thing I had to do was sign the contract. If you do not use Exquisite Homes to sell your home, you only have yourselves to blame.

On our initial viewing Hannah was great, she was so knowledgable of the property and answered all of our many questions!
