From the first contact through to final completion of the sale, every step of the way with Bedfords was efficient, courteous and professional. First up was delivery of a valuation and selling proposal by hand on the same day as the initial visit to the property. We had three agents come to value and Bedfords outperformed the others with ease at this stage. From then on I was kept up to date with every viewing (this was an empty property - executor sale) with feedback and suggestions. The final negotiations and sale process were conducted efficiently and in a timely manner. Couldn’t recommend. On market for well over a year. Few viewings and no sale. Always had to ask for feedback. Felt they couldn’t be bothered to do any ‘selling’. Changed agent and sold (STC) at a good price within 4 weeks. Says it all!... Read more
