Both Nikki and Adrian were excellent throughout the process. We purchased through Kennedys, and at times when the sale seemed to stall, Nikki responded immediately, kept things moving efficiently, and consistently updated us, which really put our minds at ease. Adrian was fantastic during viewings—very helpful, approachable, and able to answer any questions we threw at him.
