Difficult market and everyone sitting tight and so the effort from Victoria and her team to sell our house was even more appreciated. From the first meeting with Victoria to the day we handed the keys over we couldn’t have asked for more.<br>Super professional and kept us informed with every step of the way.<br>Wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again and throughly recommend the team to anyone wishing to sell their property in Newbury and the surrounding area. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

From initial property valuation right through to sale and completion he is outstanding.<br>On both occasions we were kept well informed throughout.<br>He listens to your requirements and is a true gentleman when showing potential buyers around.<br>We will not hesitate to use him again in the future.<br>Thank you James.
22nd Apr 2024 (2 years ago)I have been working with Lindsay Johnn for almost a year on the sale of my mother's house. I live in California, and the house was in probate and other agents and lawyers kept telling me how many potential complications I was likely to run into, but when I met Lindsay, instead of worrying me, she reassured me and filled me with confidence! Yes, of course we ran into a couple of problems, but Lindsay always met us with solutions even before she told us what the problem was!???? To say she is cool under fire is an understatement. Her customer service was second to none. As I said, I live in California, and if I emailed her in the evening my time she wouldn't just email me back when she woke up, she would call me the next morning on my way to work! As I said, the house was in probate, so it required a long period of time before exchange of contracts and completion, which required strong negotiation skills on her part, and she got us what we needed! I only met Lindsay once in person, and I only regret that I wasn't able to work more with her in person, as apart from being a wonderful estate agent, she is a lovely person too! If you don't retain Lindsay to buy or sell you a house, you are missing out! Dominic Fergus-Bentall
