2nd Sep 2026 (12 days ago)letting agency should accept a provisional driving licence as a bank or any other government agency accepts this so if you can not do that you should close down as a letting agent as Know Your Customer under financial law accepts provisional licence if the customer has no other means of photographic I.D, anyway this is going to everyone of you in the uk as they are all the same, mabe i should expand my business to cover this field as i know a lot of people in this situation and that is why their are lot of people who can not find a sub let as i call them
21st Apr 2026 (21 weeks ago)We had previously tried to market our plot with Bell Ingram, Oban in 2023/24, with little interest which, at the time, we put down to market forces. We are considering marketing our plot again, so contacted Andrew Fuller on 16 March. Even after two further calls, one text message and two emails we have not heard a thing as at 21 April despite being promised several times that Mr Fuller would be in touch. This is appalling service for an existing customer with property to sell. If it was possible to award zero stars we would, as their service and even communication has been non-existent, and we now wonder whether the previous lack of viewings was down to their lack of effort. We wouldn't now rely on them to market a bag of crisps and have contacted another agent.
24th Feb 2023 (3 years ago)Excellent service throughout, from initial contact to discuss prospects, possible prices and costs, through to finalising the sale of the house. Friendly and professional at every stage with absolutely no pressure applied. Sales materials, from really well-wriiten text to superb videos, including drone footage of the property and surrounds, were outstanding. Good at helping manage the sale, discussing useful changes and following up and reporting back prospective buyer interests and dislikes. I can't imagine the process being handled better. A big thanks to the area director Allan and manager, Seona.

27th Jul 2016 (10 years ago)The purpose of this review is not to be defamatory or be untrue it is simply an account of my experience of MacPhee & Co. So here is my sorry story. I employed MacPhee & co to sort out legally the custody of my daughter. While I had no problem as lawyers they were actually rather good. The problem started When I received a substantial bill, quite simply I felt they did not keep me informed as to what kind of fees they were running up. When after numerous and phone calls it became apparent that I couldn’t pay their fees straight away and despite agreeing that I pay in installments as quickly as I could. With 2 working days notice they resigned from the case leaving me unrepresented. Now in fairness they did give me a long time to pay the fees that was small comfort as due to trying to represent my self I lost nearly 50% of the access I had to my daughter prior to getting involved with them. This review is purely an account of my experience and I am not recommending you use them or not. The decision dear reader is yours. Finally despite legal letters promising all sorts of actions from them I’m still giving them one star.

3rd Feb 2026 (7 mo. ago)I would not recommend this firm and most certainly not Donna Sagewood. For a simple divorce it took 5 years with a lot of no response and "being in court" excuses as to why she took months to respond to emails, calls or act on what she said she was going to do. Then to top things off after giving all our original birth certificates and being assured I’d get them back they’ve gone and lost them! Honestly save your self the hassle, stress and frustration and go to anyone but this place! I was originally used by herself I’d get copies sent out and still waiting…..it’s an ongoing saga with lots of her clients!

27th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Have worked with Victoria and the team at Helensburgh for years, very helpful and friendly nothing is ever a bother.<br><br>Their properties are great as I have been in both let properties and sales.<br><br>If you are looking for a good rental or selling definitely give them a call.
8th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have given two stars because they at least called me back. Not a great call though. I was told they had too many properties and "it doesn't even have a sea view" I replied "I'm sitting looking at the water right now" (partial sea view at property) Just felt like I was the one trying to sell the house to them. Which I thought was their job. Maybe they just didn't like the property... But.... I sold the property with Fiuran Property in one week. Argyll Estate Agent, if you want to get in touch I am happy to give details and hopefully your calls are recorded.

The initial meeting with the estate agents was great and we received good advice about what to do to increase the chances of a sale. The team at Dunoon kept us well informed during the selling process. We were very happy with our experience using the Dunoon Scottish Property centre.
