After taking more than 5 months, i have nothing in my hands. My time and money spoiled due to unprofessional behaviours of staff. Never recommend anyone to use them. Totally disappointed

13th May 2025 (4 days ago)We recently had exceptional service, when selling and buying properties with Taylor & Wood. Mike lives locally so knows the area well and values accordingly. He and the team couldn't have been any more helpful. Our sale and purchase went through, without a hitch. Great team at Taylor & Wood and I would happily recommend them to anybody.
3rd Mar 2025 (11 weeks ago)Vicky and the team at Bridgfords have been amazing. They sold my property for over the asking price and in a good timeframe. I was updated by Vicky on a regular basis on how the sale was progressing. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she would always respond to my questions and queries. Excellent service and communication from the whole team.

Dave has been very friendly and helpful from the point of valuing my property through to putting it on the market, and Sue has always responded quickly to any queries I’ve had. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

23rd Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)The team at Kirkham's, with special mention of Jacob, Billy and Hannah in particular, went out of their way to make the successful sale of our house as smooth and easy as it could have been. We were very happy with the way the house was presented and that resulted in viewings and offers. Throughout the process the team provided clear and timely communication and were always friendly and helpful. They also had good open lines of communication with the solicitors and the buyer so I had confidence that information was being shared as needed. All in all a good experience!

Dealt with Liz at Marple office what a star she went the extra mile in everything she did kept in touch as soon as she knew anything what she didn't know she would go that extra mile to find out, couldn't have asked for more. 18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
