He explained in detail how the process of selling works and also buying our next property. He was very informative. The pictures he took were outstanding!! The office staff have kept us updated throughout & again so polite and professional. Lovely people, lovely company!!

From the initial valuation with Adam where what we wanted and what worked for us was put at the forefront of everything they offered us. The whole team there were so lovely but I have to mention Vicky specifically who stayed with us right from viewings and offers all the way and throughout some really frustrating solicitor days, she kept us informed calm and sane! The personal touches in her service right down to helping us get to know our new area made our experience with bridgfords great. Thank you team Ashton, we don't plan to ever do it again but I will certainly recommend you to everyone else ????

23rd Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)The team at Kirkham's, with special mention of Jacob, Billy and Hannah in particular, went out of their way to make the successful sale of our house as smooth and easy as it could have been. We were very happy with the way the house was presented and that resulted in viewings and offers. Throughout the process the team provided clear and timely communication and were always friendly and helpful. They also had good open lines of communication with the solicitors and the buyer so I had confidence that information was being shared as needed. All in all a good experience!

Dealt with Liz at Marple office what a star she went the extra mile in everything she did kept in touch as soon as she knew anything what she didn't know she would go that extra mile to find out, couldn't have asked for more. 18th Mar 2024 (8 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

I chose them for this reason. I have been extremely satisfied with their performance and also my own thought process in picking EweMove to sell my property.
5th Jul 2024 (21 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
6th Nov 2024 (26 days ago)Arranged a an evaluation, then it was shortly cancelled and changed. An alternative date booked , we made space in the property getting ready for the evaluation, took a day of work , and just u set an hour before the appointment time , they called to cancel. I called up and was told the representative Helen, had called in sick, after explaining a day of work was booked Nicola took a moment to discuss, then came back and changed the story because now Helen was actually in the office with no voice, very poorly . And no back up or alternative could be made. Seems they are not very resourceful and may be lacking in staff . No alternative appointment was offered and no attempt to source an alternative evaluation. Personally this experience is not good
