From the first contact, to handing the keys over, Antony has been helpful, polite and friendly. Nothing has been too much trouble, he’s liased with all parties and been excellent at keeping in contact with updates regularly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Hydes and particularly Antony again. Thank you.

I have recently decided to rent my house out through Cousins and having never done this before, Cousins were incredibly informative, supportive and trustworthy during this process. Cousins have been reliable and helped find the perfect Tennant for my home. I'd like to especially mention Miss Jessica Smith who has managed this for me and been truly outstanding and devoted throughout this ????????????

18th Dec 2022 (1 year ago)We bought our flat through Kirkhams and they were wonderful, from showing us around the flat, negotiating with the vendor and keeping us in touch through the whole process. Stuart liaised with our solicitor and the other solicitors involved in the chain and the agents for the sale of our house. Stuart, Jacob and Billy are so friendly and helpful. I thoroughly recommend them.

18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Couldn’t thank her enough for keeping me updated, chasing when needed as my property took a little longer than usual. She wanted me to have this property as much as I wanted it, she’s so genuine and took even time on her days off if she has heard any news. Especially to get excited updating me to pick up my keys! We rang back after 9 days of waiting to be told that it was let agreed last week and we were told nothing.
