5th Jul 2024 (6 mo. ago)I'm writing this review as a fellow estate agent. I've recently had Rural Scene in a chain with myself and Richard was absolutely fantastic. He is extremely proactive and provided us with updates weekly so that our chain moved forward smoothly and we have just today exchanged contracts. If anyone is looking for a rural estate agent then I would highly recommend Rural Scene. As an agent myself the good ones stand out and Richard is brilliant.

16th Nov 2024 (9 weeks ago)I am really glad I chose Cooper and Tanner. They are incredibly supportive and always there when I needed them. Their patience with my wobbles and my questions was amazing! The sale price was well below the valuation which was disappointing. This may have been partly due to the market difficulties at this time but I feel that possibly they did not pick up just how big a problem not having an upstairs bathroom would be. However other estate agents who valued the property did not seem to pick this up either. In all other areas I absolutely cannot fault them.

Thoroughly recommend- 3rd Oct 2024 (15 weeks ago)exceptional so far ! a one stop shop - from house clearance to gardening to cleaning . All their recommendations for those services facilitating the sale so far have been great.
2nd Aug 2024 (24 weeks ago)I Changed Agents to Housefox after my previous sale fell through at 3.5 months of the selling process. Note to sellers…….. if your buyers are Cash Buyers make absolutely sure your agent gets proof of funds…………. and double check this early on in the process. Housefox were really great and I would definately recommend.

We were really pleased with the photos and marketing, and viewings and achieved a quick sale. We were also very happy with the aftercare too, making sure the sale went through smoothly. We looked at other homes where the agents couldn't answer any questions about the properties we were looking at and they rushed us around with 10 minute appointments. Tom was always generous with his appointment viewing timings and we wanted that for our buyers too, hence selecting him for the sale Tom was brilliant at keeping everything in the chain moving and he made a really stressful experience less so with his frequent and timely communications
