8th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Overall I was ok with the service and communication. But certain things I was unhappy as did not follow up certain things. I ended up taking off market but other people have had brilliant experiences so I don't think it's all bad. Everyone as off days and deserves a chance. I think they need to up there game in certain areas but it would not put me off going back. I just feel I want to give another estate agent the chance.
11th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Difficult to get hold of, often don’t answer phones or call back when they state they will. Missed viewing opportunities with properties and was unable measure up etc whilst waiting for the sale to complete due to no responses or follow up.
8th May 2026 (19 weeks ago)Despite the staff being polite there were organisational and communication issues during the sales process. The keys were unavailable on one occasion hence one viewing was done by myself and the agent, and the agent struggled to answer questions asked by the buyer. The process was more stressful than it needed to be and overall I was dissatisfied with the process. I have been disappointed by both the service and costs involved and feel justified in asking for a reduction of fees
14th May 2023 (3 years ago)We had a first class experience selling the family home , my late Mother's property with Watsons. Although neither my brother nor myself are local, I could tell Mark was a man of integrity on our first meeting and knew Watsons would help us achieve the best price possible. Their whole process was handled professionally, and we are delighted with the service we received and of course the result. Many thanks!
5th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)Incredibly rude estate agent at a viewing today. Didn't warn it was an open viewing as well. Lied about the state of property and features of the property. Very disappointed and I definitely will not be going for any properties with them. Would not recommend dealing with them.
