8th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Overall I was ok with the service and communication. But certain things I was unhappy as did not follow up certain things. I ended up taking off market but other people have had brilliant experiences so I don't think it's all bad. Everyone as off days and deserves a chance. I think they need to up there game in certain areas but it would not put me off going back. I just feel I want to give another estate agent the chance.

8th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Despite the staff being polite there were organisational and communication issues during the sales process. The keys were unavailable on one occasion hence one viewing was done by myself and the agent, and the agent struggled to answer questions asked by the buyer. The process was more stressful than it needed to be and overall I was dissatisfied with the process. I have been disappointed by both the service and costs involved and feel justified in asking for a reduction of fees- 1st Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Michelle and Michael have been excellent, helpful, and understanding throughout the process.
14th May 2023 (3 years ago)We had a first class experience selling the family home , my late Mother's property with Watsons. Although neither my brother nor myself are local, I could tell Mark was a man of integrity on our first meeting and knew Watsons would help us achieve the best price possible. Their whole process was handled professionally, and we are delighted with the service we received and of course the result. Many thanks!

17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Absolutely fantastic customer service the Joanna went above and beyond.<br>We first had the pleasure of using the team in 2022 when we sold our first house and moved mum and dad into a bungalow. Fast forward to 2025 and we put the bungalow on the market due to dad passing, Joanna was so compassionate and understanding at such a difficult time for us as a family she never lost hope that she would find somewhere to mum to buy in the area that she wanted even when nothing seemed to be available in that area. Nothing was too much trouble when we reached out to ask questions or for help with paperwork.<br>We would highly recommend the team at Dewsbury and thank Joanna and all the team at Dewsbury for all their help and support<br><br>Gill & Sarah x
