I had a brilliant experience with Winkworth, they made selling our property and purchasing our new one as easy as they could. The whole team were brilliant however in particular James who assisted with selling our property ensured this was dealt with as quickly and stress free as possible and with the least inconvenience to us whilst arranging viewings. Overall I am very pleased with the service offered by Minors Brady. From the start of the selling process the communication, knowledge and advice given by them was excellent. From my personal point of view the fact that my fees on a one bed flat are the same as a 4 or 5 bed large detached home seemed a little hard to take but they have, fingers crossed got the job done ??????...
