25th Sep 2024 (19 days ago)From the initial valuation through to our sale completion, all aspects of Hamptons Stroud dealings with us have been very professional. Their experience and input was valued but we always felt that we were making the final decision with their support. All staff that we dealt with were very understanding and easy to contact. Sarah in particular was very supportive including helping with our eventual purchase. House moves are never easy but ours turned out to be surprisingly smooth.

19th Jul 2024 (12 weeks ago)Gloucestershire Property On-line were very professional in putting together the initial marketing but when first sale fell through, advertising could have been directed more appropriately. Soon after eventual buyers were found, GPO sold to The Property Centre who could have been a bit more assertive in pursuing mortgage broker on behalf of buyer. Also, we had to chase for updates more than we felt we should. Otherwise, happy with the service
28th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)Charged far too much for maintenance jobs and then not done properly. Con artists trying always to get your money. Maintenance jobs are made up to make money from you and then use masking tape to fix things. Would not recommend

Chris was very friendly, professional, efficient, quick to reply, and patient with our nonsense. He made the very complicated process of buying a house much easier, ensured that both parties and their solicitors were communicating well, and troubleshot multiple first-time-buyer-knowing-nothing issues for us. We would definitely work with him again - but hopefully not for a while ;)
