3rd Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)We put our property on the market lasy year with RA Bennett & Partners in Dursley, after trying a Thornbury agent. We had viewings with both, but had an offer very quickly with RA Bennetts. The buyers were dedicated and stayed with what turned out to be a long & protracted sale of 8 months. The property itself was a grade 2 listed apartment. We were grateful & pleased that this agent kept us informed throughout & liaised with our buyers. The property was a special spacious & unique home that has a lovely feel with period features, given the age of it approx 400 years old. Our buyers saw the same as we did when we purchased it, and this agent market the property perfectly. Thank you to our agent who held our hand through the sale! 28th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Charged far too much for maintenance jobs and then not done properly. Con artists trying always to get your money. Maintenance jobs are made up to make money from you and then use masking tape to fix things. Would not recommend

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

Immediately upon meeting Carolina, I knew I made the right decision to go with Griffith Nobes. I was immediately put at ease and assured that they would be able to help me sell. From the professional photography to constant communication throughout, they made what could have been a nightmare process into an easy, stress free move.
