I wouldn’t hesitate to use Edison Ford again.

28th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)Charged far too much for maintenance jobs and then not done properly. Con artists trying always to get your money. Maintenance jobs are made up to make money from you and then use masking tape to fix things. Would not recommend

Everyone we dealt with were very welcoming, and they still are happy to help with anything else going forward. Informative and swift communication in a professional manner throughout kept all parties up to date, and ensured our purchase remained on track despite all the bumps and diversions we were experiencing further down the 'track'. Huge thanks in particular to Callum Jones who is a real asset to the team. Andy provided me with excellent advice on both the value and how to market the property and I achieved a sale within two months of first advertising the property for sale, which was an excellent result in the current market. Julie kept me fully updated throughout the sale process and helped to make sure the sale was achieved within the agreed timescales. I would highly recommend.

9th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)I recently completed a purchase of a property marketed by Rowena, whilst obviously she was acting on behalf of the vendor, in my experience it is just as important that the agent develops a relationship with the buyer and both sets of solicitors. To this end I would just like to say that throughout the process Rowena was clear, concise and professional and helped me to successfully and smoothly navigate the usual issues faced during a property purchase. 23rd Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Andrews were acceptable to work with. I would recommend them with certain reservations. While I would recommend them with some reservations, particularly due to my emphasis on professional communication and attention to detail, I found certain aspects lacking. Specifically, their marketing materials exhibited poor spelling and grammar, and the brochure lacked organized placement of photographs. Additionally, during a property viewing, an agent who had not previously seen my home arrived late with an unpleasant garlic breath, parking on my driveway from which I especially moved my car to give room for the people viewing. Although I question the generosity of my rating for Andrews, they did successfully facilitate the sale of my property. Reflecting on my experience with various agents, I am disheartened by the general lack of regard for the significance of selling a home, not only as a substantial financial investment but also as a place rich with emotional attachments and memories.
27th Jul 2020 (3 years ago)The office at Naylor Powell were fantastic selling my house. Lots of viewings from day one, lots of communication and feedback. Very helpful staff who would have sold my house in days if it wasn't for covid. During the lockdown they kept in touch and when they started viewing again the house was sold in a week. I trust Naylor Powell and would recommend them.
