1st Aug 2024 (25 weeks ago)As a prospective buyer, I have found the staff at HPS to be extremely helpful. In my opinion they are managing their sales in a timely manner from the point of the For Sale board being erected to then being able to view a property straight away, there was no delay between the point of it being advertised ...with the board and internet. In my opinion this demonstrates their efficiency and is the reason why I would recommend them.

30th Jul 2024 (25 weeks ago)Great valuation visit very positive attitude. All aspects of preparing house for selling from write up to photographs were great. Listened to customer and discussed correct way to market including selling price. Several viewings within first week. Offer after just 3 weeks on the market. So we got it right i believe. My only negative comment would be that the buyer made an offer with a condition, that they couldn't complete until a certain date. This quite relevant bit of information was not passed onto me the seller. Hence why 4/5 stars.

6th Dec 2024 (7 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Bannister’s highly enough. From start to finish Mathew, Ian and the staff in Brough could not have done more to ensure the smooth transition through what could have been a difficult sale. We had several agents to give us quotes but quite honestly Bannister’s stood out from the crowd. Mathew took the time to get to know the house so he could pass on valuable information to other staff and prospective purchasers and it put our minds at rest that we could leave it all them. We found all the staff to be very professional and nothing was too much trouble. They dealt with queries from us and the purchaser quickly and efficiently which is certainly not what we have experienced before from other estate agents and we have bought a lot of houses????. She has gone above and beyond to make sure every step of the process has been done on all parties and really helped move the sale along quickly. She constantly checked it and was always so polite and helpful. She made the process a lot easier than we anticipated. She is a credit to her company (if her manager is reading this, she deserves a huge pay rise for the amount or time and effort she puts in). We are so grateful for her incredible service!

Communication is excellent, advertising and photography is second to none and they have the best expert local market knowledge. I can highly recommend Matthew and his team as they offer outstanding service throughout the whole transaction.

14th Nov 2024 (10 weeks ago)The process was long and I had to keep asking what was happening During the viewing, we received no feedback until I called them. No communication in between and no work done to try and sell the property. The photos of the house were poor .

The advice , knowledge, experience and regular weekly updates of Sue and the team at Leonard’s Holderness Road office allowed us a quick, uncomplicated and smooth sale of our parents home in Beverley. I would certainly never use anyone else, and , I would highly recommended to anyone else looking at selling their property in the surrounding areas. Once again Thankyou.

We were lucky as there wasn't a chain, therefore the process was quick and painless. When completion day came; they even rang to congratulate me, which I thought was a lovely touch. Thank you so much to all the staff I dealt with.

24th May 2022 (2 years ago)After an extremely traumatic and abrasive move back to Hull from Ireland after 13 years I found a property on Poppy residential. Being in between jobs and lacking some original documentation (that was in Dublin) the staff were extremely empathetic and helpful. I can say that after building a rapport with Amy (an employee) she went well above and beyond her duties to ensure that I secured the apartment. This young lady is an asset to the company and all staff I dealt with were pleasurable. I’ve no doubt other companies would’ve turned me away and I’d be couch surfing by now. Well done to Amy and staff. Dan

29th Nov 2024 (8 weeks ago)Right from the beginning Whitakers were on the ball. They contacted me within 1/2 hr of my email enquiry. The other agency I contacted never even got back to me. Good photos were taken, I was kept informed of all viewings and feedback, and the sale went through very smoothly. I would definitely recommend this agency to friends and family. The best estate agents we have dealt with.

All communication is very prompt, timely and professional and I have been kept updated every step of the way. What I particularly like is the personal touch from Oscars. Their local knowledge is second to none, and I very much feel they’re selling our home, not just a house!
27th Mar 2024 (9 mo. ago)I did appoint JBrown to sell my property in Bromley and I was very happy at the beginning about the way they approached me and how they worked to get the property on the market quickly. Soon after they changed quite a lot in terms of communication, Zara used to reply randomly ( basically when she got a chance ) whilst Komal (owner)never replied to my emails.( she should learn how to deal with people). Despite that was a clear sight of a lack of professionalism, I left things going ahead smoothly. Zara kept me informed about the buyer's interest in seeing the property and I arranged access all the time. Then I had to chase her to receive feedback from customers, she never made them aware of the outcome or sending any REPORT. Even though I left them to carry on their job. They eventually got 2 offers and let me know to appoint a solicitor which I did. Both times buyers pulled out and she never contacted me to let me know, on the contrary, I had to call to find out what happened. I am still not sure if she really received any offers because I never received proof of that. The 12-week agreement came to an end and I previously let them know by email that I would not renew the mandate( no response at all as usual). Finally, I chased them again to remove my property from the market but they either removed it or replied to my emails. After 2 weeks of waiting for them I decided to contact Rightmove, and Zoopla etc explain the matter and they removed the property immediately. This morning magically I received an email From Zara saying that my property has now been removed! You are a team of liars, hopefully, people will be away from such an unprofessional “Estate Agency”.. I lost time but you lost quite a lot of money. That's what you deserve!!!
17th Oct 2024 (14 weeks ago)I used Lime to sell my property. They were thorough, professional and excellent communication throughout. They got more answers than my solicitors and ensured the pressure was kept on to keep moving. Olivia and the team were great.
6th Dec 2024 (7 weeks ago)We sold our property with Rezee recently. The whole team are very helpful and marketed our house promptly and with super photos. We received an offer within a few weeks which we accepted. From then it was 6 weeks and 2 days to completion and I handed over the keys to the new owner. Thankyou Rezee.
16th Nov 2024 (9 weeks ago)I can't recommend Kyle and the team at Riverside highly enough, if you are looking for a first class Estate Agent in the Hull area then use Riverside. In my dealings in my recent move Riverside handled everything in a personal and professional way , they are interested in you and not just the sale. Thank you to all at Riverside.
