It was refreshing to meet an estate agent with so much enthusiasm and in depth knowledge of the property he sold to us. As such we didn't buy the property from him, he sold it to us...at last an estate agent who doesn't rely on Rightmove to do all of the selling! Couldn't fault his guidance during negotiations or sales progression either, always returned our calls promptly. Wether buying or selling we would recommend James without hesitation.

25th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)My house moving was an easy process with Wooley and Wallis. I saw a house, I liked it, made an offer and it was accepted. It fell through when my buyer fell through but luckily I got another offer and that was fine. Staff are all friendly and they gave us a bottle of bubbles on moving day. The rest of the moving process was a complete nightmare but the estate agents were all lovely.
