20th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)I had a few estate agents come and assess my house for selling in todays market, all of them prepared me for a hard market, to keep my expectations minimal, id be lucky to breakeven.
Then, entered stuart. He told me not only would it likely be a quick sale, but id turn a tidy profit, given the feedback i had from the other estate agents i felt maybe he was trying to selling me a dream, but i gave Stuart the opportunity to prove me wrong.
The very next day he had a viewing ready from his list of buyers who he said would be interested. The viewing went amazingly and they bought it for the asking price that Stuart set which was far higher than i imagined id be able to achieve.
I need to also mention that this house didnt even make it onto rightmove or any property search engine! It was completely off of stuarts prospective buyers list. So within one day of me seeing Stuart, my house was already in the process of being purchased!
To say my experience with Astons has been nothing short of a dream, is honestly under selling it. Everybody knows the tension experienced while selling a house, but i managed to avoid all of it, thanks to Stuart and his amazing team.
Thank you to Astons, i cannot thank you enough and recommend you too much.

27th Jun 2021 (5 years ago)Sanj at Avenues was professional, timely, knowledgable & attentive to the market. He went above and beyond at no extra charge. We were living abroad when selling and he kept an eye on the property for us to cover our insurance requirements and responded positively to other requests we made. He was very quick to respond to emails and follow up queries or chase solicitors for us. He helped us achieve the price we were looking for very quickly, and guided us through the process seamlessly. Fabulous service all round.

Valuation was absolutely on the money, they knew their people who were looking to buy and what was important to them they matched a family with our property and they bought it and love the house. We did not even need to advertise. They worked so hard to keep everyone in the chain updated, we never had to chase them as they always kept us notified. He gave me hope and was amazing with ongoing communication, and continued to reassure me throughout the sale and made sure the sale went smoothly and made up for the initial experience. He listened well and showed empathy towards the sale. Any request he was on it!! I cannot thank him enough for the support he provided to making it happen :)
