5th Jan 2024 (1 year ago)Open and honest policy regarding fees, house appropriately valued and marketed, professional photographer attended to obtain the sales photos. Amy and Jenny have remained in touch throughout the sales process and been very helpful.

They are extremely rude on phone. 3 times I have spoken to them with 3 different staff members and each time I received very rude responses and poor customer service. As a local resident we do not expect this in our area. Please sort your act out!!

31st Dec 2024 (17 days ago)The viewings were carried out, in the main, by accompanied viewers rather than the sales team which I was not advised of at the beginning of the process which meant limited connection was made between any potential buyers and the sales team. Feedback and response to queries was slow and I often felt I was chasing the team.

13th Feb 2024 (11 mo. ago)Bramleys went above and beyond to support us buying our house and also did a better job chasing everything up with the sale of our house which was via another estate agents. Nothing was a problem and they were always happy to answer questions and give advice about the process.

The lady staff are also very polite and friendly and was very helpful when I got stuck with paperwork they stopped at nothing to help me. Lovely caring company I have recommended them to some of my friends also.

From the initial appraisal, I appreciated their candid approach. They produced fantastic marketing material which really helped to set the property apart from the competition. Jonathan provided invaluable advice when it came to assessing offers, helping me to arrive at one that was proceedable . They successfully managed sales progression of a time pressured chain, ensuring a successful outcome for all stakeholders, I could not recommend their services more highly and would not hesitate to use their services in future.

Everything was explained clearly and I had real confidence which put my mind at ease given it was the sale of my mums house after she was moved into a care home. Emails were always answered quickly, usually within a matter of minutes, which was great given I live over 90 miles away from the property being sold. Could not recommend Martin Thornton and the team highly enough and would definitely use them again if I was selling a property in the Huddersfield area.

Sam was quick to answer any queries and promptly rectified any issues we had during our tenancy. I would not hesitate to recommend Sam as a lettings agent.
