There was a hiccup with the sale when the first buyer disappeared off the face of the earth after 5 months, without announcing that he was no no longer interested in my property. When it became evident that he was unobtainable, Peter David rapidly re-assessed the situation, as the market had declined since the first advert, re-advertised it, and it attracted several more viewers, then from my acceptance of a second offer, the whole conveyancing process took 3 months. So fairly quick.

Peter David's has been my letting agent for years. The staff are always friendly and efficient, finding really nice tenants for me.
