24th May 2026 (26 days ago)We approached Kemp and Co to buy a property and after a discussion with Peter we were very happy to also put the Sale of our current property through them. The service was fantastic from all the team from Start to finish - Christine showed us round our new home and was knowledgeable and anything she didn’t know she fed back to the office who contacted us promptly. Peter who explained the selling process and also took wonderful photos and described our current home brilliantly, Daniel who arranged and sorted our EPC as well as completing a viewing. And finally Mark the office manager always on hand for queries and some hand holding. This was the first sale and purchase at the same time for ourselves so we were quite nervous and unsure about the process and we’re incredibly grateful for all the help the team at Kemp & Co provided. Being a local family business, the personal touch really does go a long way and knowing the areas we moved from and too I believe was a huge benefit of general market oversight. Thank you again! After being let down at the last minute for another property we were supposed to be renting, I spoke to Sofia who advised they had the perfect property for us. We arranged a viewing straightaway and absolutely LOVED it! Sofia was so lovely and knowledgeable and ensured everything went through efficiently for us. We can't thank you enough for our beautiful new family home

A special mention must go to Heidi, who was absolutely fantastic. She worked incredibly hard behind the scenes, always quick to resolve any issues, answer questions, and keep everything progressing efficiently. Her dedication, communication, and support made a huge difference to us. It has been an emotional process with many ups and downs, and both my husband and I are truly grateful to Joeanne and Kerry for staying alongside us throughout. Their patience, understanding, and steady support meant a great deal during what was sometimes a stressful and uncertain time. Joeanne, in particular, was incredibly kind, reassuring, and encouraging when we needed it most. We deeply appreciate their professionalism, persistence, and genuine care in helping us reach this important milestone. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

6th Jun 2026 (13 days ago)Dean & Emma have been very efficient and seem to be very knowledgeable. They are confident and fair. I would definitely use them again. The only thing I didn't like was the Street app that is used for viewing updates - I'm not an app person and do not wish to make downloads to use the app. That said Dean & Emma have found ways to work around this.

He knows the local market very well and his social media presence is strong which adds value to his ability to get viewings and ultimately sales.
30th May 2026 (20 days ago)Property sold after 3 days of listing and completion took place around 1 month later. Can't complain - Divan & Jack were amazing and kept me reassured the whole time. I'll be bringing Let Property another one of my on the next tax year. Highly recomended.
