14th Jun 2020 (4 years ago)Only open until around 1pm on a Saturday which I would say is a big downfall. After each viewing we would receive very similar feedback each time and didn’t manage to sell the property even after all the months we were with them. Sold with another company after only a few days.
20th Dec 2023 (1 year ago)Eric Llyod were always helpful and kept us well informed.- 18th Nov 2024 (8 weeks ago)No viewings, then called by another agent to say they are closing. Few days later, had a letter from the other agent confirming it! Called WH, who confirmed it! Shouldn’t clients be informed first? Was putting sale on hold anyway until after Christmas as the market is flat. Another agent has had no sales since May!

23rd Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Angela was very relaxed through the entire letting process in a refreshing down to earth manner on a unit I rented. Deposit returned in full and on time with no drama. If all agents were like her it would make life much less stressful. 100% recommended.

2nd Oct 2023 (1 year ago)We have recently sold our property with Jasper and the lovely ladies in the office at Ware Commercial and could not fault their effort and support. All of the team are incredibly knowledgeable about getting the best results for you. They will offer professional advice when dealing with solicitors (their advice was much better than our solicitor's - saving us thousands of pounds). An incredible team that I can't recommend enough.
4th Dec 2022 (2 years ago)We chose Savills because they appeared to be the most efficient and proactive company we approached to sell our home. Unfortunately once we’d signed up, they weren’t reliable and didn’t communicate with us regularly. Phone calls weren’t returned, our agent was never available when we rang. Feedback only given twice in 6 months. We have now taken our property off the market until next year.

The team were professional, responsive, they demonstrated their care and attention to detail for clients, and navigated a tricky and difficult situation with constant smiles. They were constantly in communication with my solicitor, my estate agents and everyone involved in the chain to try and progress things. I recognise how hard it is to deliver the business model Chosen Homes have set out, where the seller has the ability to pass all costs onto the buyer (or split them, or pay them) but Gemma and Nicki were both so balanced in the service they provided, and I am so grateful for this as I know it can’t have been easy! Thank you for the late night messages and weekend working to get us to exchange, it’s really appreciated.
31st Jul 2024 (24 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.
