I cannot recommend ReMax highly enough. Just the most friendly and competent people ever. Ryan and Appolonia were incredible. Appolonia kept in touch almost daily and went above and beyond for us in our house being process. She is a dream! Not once was anything too much trouble, she helped every step of the way, made us feel listened to and that we were in very capable hands indeed. The people who he arranged to view our property always seemed to be in good positions and appropriate. He always sent the feedback as soon as he was able to which helped us as we then knew where we stood and communication flow has been good. Selling a house is never an easy nor a simple process, but Ryan Flory of REMAX really knows how to make the process straightforward and dynamic. To be clear, I am not a fan of the traditional high street agents (having found the service lacking and the rates extortionate), so originally I tried the other end of the scale (PurpleBricks) and whilst cheaper than high street agents, I found their service to be sorely lacking too. Luckily, I discovered Ryan and (true to his word) he provided an excellent service using both property experience AND local area knowledge to match the right buyers to the right sellers! Polite, friendly, empathetic, highly efficient, highly competent, flexible AND competitively priced, I cannot recommend Ryan enough (especially to those selling houses in the Teignbridge area). I was fully supported from the start of the process right through to completion and Ryan is superb at navigating the vagaries of conveyancing and minimising any potholes in the road.
