Selling a house is never an easy nor a simple process, but Ryan Flory of REMAX really knows how to make the process straightforward and dynamic. To be clear, I am not a fan of the traditional high street agents (having found the service lacking and the rates extortionate), so originally I tried the other end of the scale (PurpleBricks) and whilst cheaper than high street agents, I found their service to be sorely lacking too. Luckily, I discovered Ryan and (true to his word) he provided an excellent service using both property experience AND local area knowledge to match the right buyers to the right sellers! Polite, friendly, empathetic, highly efficient, highly competent, flexible AND competitively priced, I cannot recommend Ryan enough (especially to those selling houses in the Teignbridge area). I was fully supported from the start of the process right through to completion and Ryan is superb at navigating the vagaries of conveyancing and minimising any potholes in the road.
