17th Mar 2025 (6 weeks ago)I have rented through two previous estate agents and it was definitely third time lucky with Burns and Reid, never had any issues, the one time I needed a minor repair in the property it was delt with the same day. I can't recommend them highly enough, they could definitely teach other estate agents how to do the job in a professional and caring manner.
10th Jun 2024 (10 mo. ago)The literal embodiment of why estate management companies have a poor reputation. 6 estate managers in 6 years. No AGM organised in 5 years, 6 months to deal with a blocked drain caused by their own contractor. 2 months and 6 emails and not a blade of grass cut in the estate with tall weeds growing from tarmac pathways. Good at talking, not so good at doing, Excuse after excuse.
22nd Apr 2025 (3 days ago)Recently exchanged on my Property with completion 7days from now…I only instructed Knight Frank in early January and anticipated period of the usual frustrations that go with ‘The Territory’ I was and am delighted that the stage I am at this early! Obviously you need The Property Gods to be in your Team and I feel that initially was the case however when turbulence occur as they Always do then the Professionalism of Agency is truly tested and in this regard KF we’re not found wanting! Their structure of Operation..the Personnel within that structure..Communication Skills…Proactive and Positive attitude..all in great supply when needed most.To Louise and her team at Exeter thank you..well done!!! A special thank you to Rachel Hancock out of Bristol who ‘Took on’ my House and in effect Nursed it from cradle to grave and drove forward any obstacle with great skill and determination. The team’s professionalism, experience and friendly and prompt communication all helped to make a typically stressful experience so much less so. We felt in very good hands though-out and we can’t thank the team enough.

They are extremely professional and knowledgeable in their field. We would certainly recommend them to anyone who wants to sell or buy a property. They are truly the leading estate agents in our eyes. A huge thank you to Jamie, Lindsey and all the staff.

All the team are fast in communicating, always available and pleasant to deal with. They have passed queries onto the seller quickly and helped resolves questions and concerns as well. They have fitted in with our viewing requests and have made the purchase move at a great pace. Hopefully I won't be selling for a long time but if I do.......:)

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. 6th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)If you are thinking of a house move, do not look any further than Gerald and Kim at Pincombes to assist you along the way. From start to finish, from the marketing, house viewings, and finally to completion they made sure I was kept up date and were always available at the end of the phone to answer any of my queries. However, at Pincombes you get a lot more than that….. You Get integrity and You Get Humour….! House moving can have its ups and downs and without fail the way in which Gerald and Kim handled situations is what made the difference. I cannot thank them enough for making the process as smooth as it could possibly be. Thank you both so much, Jo

They were always on the ball, worked really hard to maintain communication with us and held our hands throughout. They could not have done any more to make this process easy. Would totally recommend and we will use again!

9th Nov 2023 (1 year ago)STAY CLEAR FROM HERE THEY WILL TELL YOU LIES they promised us that with a guarantor our bad credit wouldn't matter just so they could keep our holding fee absolute horrible company don't fall for there tricks , my wife became very sick after dealing with these crooks, every bit of information that we knew about which was most was revealed to them and after they convincing us with a guarantor this couldn't happen they still kept it , legal action is the only way you will get your money bk We have been through the complaint procedure with no success this is exactly what you want people to do when there homeless or nearly homeless you do this and hope people will roll over lie and more lies
