Grace Foster was also very helpful. When it came to selling, Phil Cantell was of great service, finding the buyer first and then helping maintain good communication with them throughout. I had initially used another etste agent for the sale but had 1 viewing in 3 months so decided change and very happy that I did. I was going through a divorce too, Harvey was brilliant from start to finish and very understanding of my circumstances. I had a smooth transaction and my house was sold fast and without any issues. When the sale was getting a little “tricky” in the latter stages, Ellie really persisted with the buyer and made sure we could get completed and over the line by communicating a lot with the buyer and solicitor. It was good to have Ellie in our corner for it!

I spoke to Audrey and she went through all the details and got me a mortgage in principle. Audrey also kept me up to date with better deals as they were coming out to get the best rates. Audrey and her team helped me from start to finish and I felt more relaxed.
