Lea Carty was particularly helpful in following up with the solicitors and dealing with the enquiries. I managed to move house in a few months and whole process went through as smoothly as possible.
6th Jul 2026 (29 days ago)Alan de Maid in Chislehurst have been fantastic from start to finish. Thomas Kenny in particular made the whole process genuinely easy. He was a great communicator and stayed responsive to everything we threw at him, whether that was a quick question or a last minute viewing request. He was always available when we needed him and kept us updated at every stage so we never once felt left in the dark. A thoroughly professional agent who clearly knows his stuff and someone we would happily recommend to anyone buying or selling.
16th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)After a frustrating four and half months with a 5-star rated agent where my vacant freehold property sat under offer (with a first-time buyer) with no exchange date in sight - I pulled out and decided to re-market with Sinclair Hammelton Bromley at the same price. The property went under offer very quickly again to another first-time buyer, but this time the post-offer support was entirely different.<br><br>Emily is a very approachable and experienced manager – she spent time discussing the pros and cons of each offer before I made my decision. As I have learnt last time, under offer is the easy part, managing the demanding post-offer progression - coordinating each party (surveyors, conveyancers and the buyers and sellers etc) is the real test. Jak is an energetic and enthusiastic individual who constantly kept on top of the progression. Emily was kept well-informed meaning either Jak or Emily were ready to assist with my queries.<br><br>Thanks to their hard work, communication and professionalism, we have finally completed. I highly recommend Sinclair Hammelton Bromley to anyone looking for agents who actually deliver in a reasonable time frame. Thank you, Jak and Emily!
26th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)Absolutely brilliant. Thomas was fantastic - patient with us when appropriate but then always on the ball when things needed chasing. Buying a house is stressful but he really did manage to reduce that so much for us. His colleagues in the Chislehurst office were also wonderful when called into action.
5th Apr 2026 (17 weeks ago)I was planning to visit Mansion London Limited to discuss a high-end property I found on Zoopla (which was also featured in News Shopper). However, when I searched their 15 Stratton Street address to find directions for my visit, I discovered it appears to be a virtual office and mail-forwarding service rather than a dedicated physical brokerage. This red flag prompted me to do some standard due diligence, and I ultimately decided to walk away. I checked their publicly available Companies House records (Company No. 08294606), and their most recent filings show a business in heavy debt with significant negative retained earnings, zero physical assets on their balance sheet, and relying on bank loans and overdrafts. There is a very stark contrast between the elite, luxury image they project online and the actual financial health and physical presence of the corporate entity. For anyone looking to buy or sell luxury real estate, I highly recommend doing your own thorough background checks on the corporate entity before handing over any money, signing contracts, or trusting them with high-value assets.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AS A BUYER - AVOID HAMPTONS!??<br><br>Called their Blackheath office to book a viewing to see Masons Hill, Woolwich.<br><br>We agreed to view on 4 Saturday July at 11:15 a.m but Susan called later and told me she couldn't accommodate me at 11.15am. I explained to her that I have many viewings lined up the next two Saturdays as I live far and I cannot come in earlier or attend during weekdays.<br><br>I explained that I am a full cash buyer. Later, the woman said you're not special. We have many fully cash buyers. Needless to say fully cash buyers, no mortgage is actually rare so Susan is being deceitful and is not operating in line with the Ombudsman Code of Conduct and have reported this to the Ombudsman.<br><br>Susan was rude, obnoxious and unpleasant to deal with. Rather than being or taking the sympathetic approach, she takes the direct and rude approach.<br><br>Horrendous experience as a prospective full cash buyer and have second thoughts on viewing properties with Hamptons.

Tom was very helpful and communicative all the way through the selling process whilst also managing our sale on a personal level giving us the attention that we definitely lacked from other providers all for a very reasonable fee. I would 100% recommend using Pullen estate agents to anyone looking to sell their property in a swift and efficient manor. Thanks again Tom!

From the moment we viewed the house through to completion, Michael kept us updated every week, which made the whole process so much less stressful. He was always friendly, approachable, and happy to answer any questions we had. His knowledge of the property was excellent, and he was always able to provide clear and helpful information. We really appreciated his professionalism, communication, and support throughout the purchase. Rumour has it that buying a house is one of the most stressful times of your life, but on this occasion I have to disagree!
