29th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Whilst not the cheapest option in terms of fees, this was offset by the final offer made which was above the minimum asking price. The sales/admin team work well together meaning queries are efficiently directed to the appropriate personnel. Viewings were managed very effectively with phone calls backed up with confirmation emails. Feedback from viewings was rigorously sought and quickly relayed back to me. Overall I am very impressed with the quality of service given.
28th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)Incredibly proactive firm. They were actually acting for my buyer but also kept me fully updated and chased the very long chain pretty much daily to make progress! Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. I honestly cannot recommend them enough.
