If your selling your house , look no further than using Hunter's of Selby, James & Lisa are absolutely fantastic with there knowledge,help and guidance making it such an easy and smooth process. The main thing for me is speaking to people who are genuine and really care about you and what needs you have. It's been the least stressful house sale I've done and I cannot thank them enough. I have just moved into my house that I purchased through Hunters Selby, and must say they were faultless from start to finish. From initially viewing the house all the way through to completion, Lisa and James went above and beyond at all times, and really helped to push the sale over the finish line when it became unclear as to whether the completion date the chain had agreed would happen. I was recommended a solicitor by James, who was again faultless, as well as very fairly priced, and they put my previous solicitor to shame. They all regularly kept me updated with any progress from the solicitors too.
Ultimately, at such a stressful time, it was lovey to have such friendly and caring people at the end of the phone. I have met so many estate agents that just see people as transactions, and leave the chasing/updating to the solicitors (as my estate agent that sold my property did) but this was absolutely not the case and James/Lisa were very proactive in updating and making sure all was as should be.
I would sincerely recommend Hunters Selby to anyone - and when I do eventually sell this property, I will certainly be using them myself!

Recently sold my house via Hunters , the service given by Lisa and her team was fantastic , this was an emotinal sale of my property after losing my wife and the help and support given to myself was graetfully recieved .
