28th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Alex & Christine went above & beyond to help us with our house purchase & they weren’t even selling our house. We viewed the house twice before putting in an offer & when we eventually put the offer in. We brought our parents round & Alex was so patient didn’t rush us, just stood & waited. If we ever had questions they were always there. Really quick with responding to emails & keeping us up to date when they received updates. Even after we moved in I called with a question & Christine helped & wished us all the best in our new home. If we ever choose to move again we will 100% be choosing Selby branch to put us on the market! (Not for a very long time though hopefully).
16th Jun 2026 (20 weeks ago)From the very beginning of selling the service from Ian, Lisa,and Pip,and all the team has been fantastic their knowledge of the area market and the pricing etc was proven too be very accurate .With sound advice throughout the sale these people and all the staff have been brilliant top drawer in my opinion

He is by far the best agent we have dealt with who is knowledgable and actually spends time with you, not rushing and empathises with your current position. Politeness goes a long way - we appreciate it and hope to progress on a property with them soon.

She was always so friendly, approachable and helpful, and really went above and beyond for us. When things weren’t moving along with the solicitors, Rachel did everything she could to help push things forward and keep everything on track, which we really appreciated. We honestly couldn’t thank Rachel enough for all her help and would highly recommend her and the team at Reeds Rains to anyone buying or selling a house. Thank you for helping us get into our new home!

29th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Whilst not the cheapest option in terms of fees, this was offset by the final offer made which was above the minimum asking price. The sales/admin team work well together meaning queries are efficiently directed to the appropriate personnel. Viewings were managed very effectively with phone calls backed up with confirmation emails. Feedback from viewings was rigorously sought and quickly relayed back to me. Overall I am very impressed with the quality of service given.
