Throughout what turned out to be a difficult and long sale with multiple chain collapses, they were there to support me in continuing and to give me advice on the best way to proceed. Aimee is delightful to deal with and was very kind and patient to me during this drawn out process. The whole team are extremely knowledgable and professional and I would definitely use them again without hesitation.

9th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)To phone up asking for a viewing, to be told 'because you got 4 children the house is to small and the landlord wouldn't entertain it.' Surely its up to me if the house is to small. Agents or landlords since may 2026 can not discriminate against people with children. They will be staying with me one night a week for goodness sake.<br><br>Government website states....<br><br>The government’s current guidance is very clear: a landlord or letting agent cannot discourage or prevent someone from renting because they have a child under 18 who will live there or visit. This applies to letting agents acting on the landlord's behalf too.<br><br>DISGUSTING!
