28th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Initially John Brown was the most professional of the agents I viewed and made the most sense eschewing estateagentese. They quickly found a buyer but she was very difficult and the sale dragged on over a year. However that was not of their making and they worked very hard for us. The first sale collapsed due to our purchaser's delaying. We stuck to our vendors and reconstituted the chain. Thanks to Mr Youll we got over the line

I contacted 9 other chartered surveyors and valuation firms with no response but the extremely helpful Justine and her colleagues Ed and Keri were straight on the ball and willing to help me with a valuation for my property. A first class company and run by a team of classy ladies - that is probably why it is so capable and efficient. Highly recommended !
