I have recently used Hampton's Caterham to sell my property. They have been very professional and very informative whilst selling my property. Colin was the one who mainly kept me up to date on my sale and how it was going. Also, I have communicated with other staff in the branch and everyone has been very helpful. I have had no problems with them at all and I would highly recommend using them to sell your property.

At the end of our tennancy we have had the house cleaned by company called Clean Culture Property Services Ltd which was recommended by Frost.
After they have checked the house over thwy said in the check out that there were cobwebs and carpets were dirty (which has been paid for to be done). We have been trying to explain that we have paid for professional cleaning of the house by a comoany that has been recommended by them but they rellied that they didnt have any problems with them in the past and there is nothing that can be done.
So we have spent £360 on end of tennancy cleaning and also have been charged extra £180 for cleaning the carpets becaus the company didnt do a good enough job.
Really bad customer service, Avoid!!!!
