I dont write bad reviews but cant help this one. Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with this team . Zero empathy, absolute chaos in communication, Zero integrity. They tell you something today and completely opposite the next day . Have worked with agents before and never had such experience. Their way of handling a transaction made us think is it worth going all the trouble to get a place of our own. So demeaning and prejudiced team. Zero transparency . Zero stars . Brilliant experience from start to finish by the whole team from LOFT. They were extremely communicative throughout, answering all queries almost instantaneously for our house sale.
