She was incredibly patient and understanding throughout the entire process, helping us find the perfect rental home for our family. Robbie took the time to understand our needs, especially with three children, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. 11th Oct 2024 (17 weeks ago)Sam was helpful with the purchase of the property. There were a few efficiencies that couldve been made - as is in any process. My name was spelt wrong in the initial checks that caused a little double work (by another colleague I think?). Either way the process was smooth and we were in contact most of the process. Albeit it was more us giving the agency an update on where we got with things than the other way about. Regardless everything - Sam has been very helpful in answering all the possibly dumb questions I had when it came to the sale.

Elle has helped me immensely, being very clear and precise with every detail. The apartment was cleaned in detail before I moved in, for every question I had they were very correct both in phone conversations and emails. I am very happy that I rented the house with this agency, I think they are very correct and serious. I suggest you with your eyes closed. Thank you Elleeee????

She's been extremely professional and understanding of our situation, whilst managing to find us a buyer within 2 weeks! Cannot praise Sammy enough throughout this whole time. Polite, courteous and pleasure of doing business with her, would highly recommend.

18th Mar 2024 (10 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Out of all the agents that valued my property, Leigh came accross as being the most realistic with the best local market knowledge and offered me a really good deal. Natasha arranged the viewing that led to the sale and Ameera showed the buyers the property, both Natasha and Ameera were lovely and kept me informed throughout the sale process. I would definitely recommend Truuli as a very good agency.
