Our search was in the Sanderstead, South Croydon, Purely and Caterham areas which there South Croydon branch covers. From our first contact with Grant he took the time to understand what it was that we were looking for and this ultimately led us to the lovely house we now own. We had been looking for a while with other agents and had started to feel like we were waisting our time. Grant then talked with us about a lady’s property that was just about to come off the market it sounded perfect for us! He managed to get us in for a viewing really quickly . The house was just what we were looking for! Grant and Nicola were very helpful and professional throughout the process. communication was excellent. Any issues answered quickly and throughly. It was a very positive experience with Nicola and Grant. Thank you both very much

The team were always friendly, approachable, and genuinely lovely to deal with, which made the whole experience far less stressful. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

Our house sale and purchase with them went very smoothly and was even enjoyable. There is a very family-like atmosphere in the office, and it truly felt like we were dealing with good friends who were always on our side.
