23rd Apr 2024 (26 days ago)AVOID!!! Please avoid using this company, I had nothing but issues with them when trying to rent a unit. The unit I was interested in had a window that had been put through and a dodgy door, I asked for this to be replaced before renting it which I was then rudely told I was being a nuisance and I should look elsewhere. The person who I spoke to was rude, aggressive and just out right nasty! They wouldn’t give their actual name as they obviously didn’t want to be found out but I do have their contact number. After raising a complaint about this individual nothing was ever actually done and it all fell silent. No one actually came back to me after weeks of me chasing for updates. Very unprofessional and would never recommend anyone to use them.

3rd May 2021 (3 years ago)Excellent letting agent in redhill. Two people I knew in this company Vicky and Daniela these two ladies are so jim in there work.. during my Initial paperwork on letting process vickey was handing it she did so clean and perfect handover to me .I didn’t had any follow-up with them there were at the right time..???? days passed.. during my property handover I was working with Daniela another pillar of corbyn & co.. I felt like I’m speaking to my sister and I shared all my hard times to her however they understand the customer issue and resolve the same, again it was very clean and very Professional handover for the property . Once again very good letting again god bless you team ???????? ..
13th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)Where do I even begin with how good these people are. I WISH I knew about them sooner. Jo has been amazing since day one. She has literally contact me every day over the last 6 months with updates. She's not afraid to chase people for answers and has worked on her days off and evenings to progress our sale. I have used high street estate agents before, and they don't compare in the slightest. Our transaction has not been the smoothest (not due to Hallways) but Jo not only made sure we got the house of our dreams, but also that we sold our current house for a decent price. I cannot thank her and her team enough and I will continue to recommend her to everyone and anyone that will listen! Jo - you are amazing, professional, caring, driven, an amazing negotiator and you have bent over backwards for us and we will never forget it. From the bottom of our hearts - thank you.
