Simon was fantastic during valuation and photos however I only had 3 viewings in 3 months and didn’t receive a lot of communication unless I chased. I appreciate there was nothing much to update me on but the communication wasn’t great overall as would have been nice just to have some check ins

I also purchased our dream house through Aylsham branch. My buyers chain has been quite complex. Miranda has gone above and beyond. Been there in a very stressful times. I cannot recommend Team Aylsham enough. We are truly greatfull. Thank you once again .

They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and, most importantly, always there when we needed them.<br><br>The whole process was handled brilliantly. Communication was excellent throughout, we were kept informed at every stage, and whenever the inevitable stresses of moving house cropped up, we always felt we had someone on our side helping to keep things moving.<br><br>What really stood out was the personal service. All aspects of the process of buying and selling were dealt with knowledgeably, helpfully and with great care and attention. Matters were dealt with promptly and questions answered fully no matter how many times they were asked. We were indeed fortunate to have such an excellent team working for us. They come highly recommended!
