20th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)The valuer was very good and very positive. However, we only had one viewing in 3 months and the communication in general was very poor. No updates or telephone calls to discuss anything, it just felt like as it was a bad time to sell, they just wanted to wait for something to happen, therefore there was no point in calling. Staff very pleasant though.
31st May 2025 (1 year ago)Great from the start with Simon coming out to do the valuation and putting the property on the market and actually making the sale. Good correspondence keeping me up to date with viewings etc from Richard and Natalie too.
27th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)These Guys are brilliant! We had a problem neighbour and they were so supportive and sorted it, also like to add that the grounds keeping and maintenance is second to none…. Can’t recommend them enough, great, friendly, helpful people ??????

With two young kids we could take them into the modern office whilst we had a chat on sofas (crayons, paper and a few toys were on hand). Free parking on site and customer toilets.<br>We had a few issues understanding some forms so Karen sat with us and talked through them also gave us advice when we had our survey and structural reports back.<br>Anytime something came up that we were unsure about, SP were always there to reassure, advise and ensure everything went as smoothly as possible.<br>Thank you all so much for the help in such stressful time, we really appreciate all the conversations and advice you gave us.

As a first time buyer she was really supportive and gave great guidance throughout. She was flexible and active when answering inquiries and made the whole process run as smoothly as it could. Creightons really do go above and beyond and are always thinking out of the box to solve any issues. The team is super friendly with a one big family feel but a no nonsense approach when needed. Stop searching, Creightons is the one!
