21st May 2026 (17 weeks ago)Fine & Country did a great job getting viewings and a proceedable offer with a house that was not without sales challenges, and also in a difficult market. Once the offer was accepted Olivia did a really essential job in smoothing things through the period towards completion. With an unusual and difficult situation arising at the last minute she was instrumental in ‘getting it done’. Thank you also to Daniel who in early Jan told me he’d get an offer by Easter and he did. Job well done. Would recommend.
16th Oct 2025 (11 mo. ago)The WH loughborough letting is filled with highly unprofessional staff with extremely poor communications skills. I left a property since July 12th and as at today, they are still holding back my tenancy deposit, saying they are waiting for landlord authorisation despite knowing clearly that tenancy deposit must be returned within ten days after tenant vacated the property

From the very first conversation, Andrea was warm, caring and incredibly thoughtful, and always took the time to really speak to me and listen. She never rushed anything, explained every part clearly so I truly understood, and always made space for my thoughts and feelings too. It’s so rare to find someone who is not just professional, but genuinely kind and personable. She went above and beyond, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better support. Absolutely amazing — thank you for everything !

20th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)The valuer was very good and very positive. However, we only had one viewing in 3 months and the communication in general was very poor. No updates or telephone calls to discuss anything, it just felt like as it was a bad time to sell, they just wanted to wait for something to happen, therefore there was no point in calling. Staff very pleasant though.

Nothing has been too much trouble and every query has been answered efficiently. We have just moved into our new house and are grateful to everyone at Newton Fallowell for there help and support .

1st Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)We had heard that selling a house is a stressful experience. However we found that it isn’t, if GianFranco at Hortons is acting for you! From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.
3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)Very disappointing experience.<br><br>I arranged a viewing for a rental property at 10:15am, which was the only viewing time available. As I run my own business, I rearranged several clients to make sure I could attend.<br><br>Just two minutes before the scheduled viewing, I received a call from the estate agent to say that the viewing had been cancelled because the tenant was unwell. I completely understand that illness can happen and that this was outside of their control. However, I was told that they would contact me to rearrange the viewing, so I waited to hear back.<br><br>Unfortunately, I received no further communication whatsoever. I have now seen that the property has been taken off the market, without anyone contacting me or giving me the opportunity to rearrange the viewing.<br><br>The cancellation itself wasn’t the issue. It was the lack of communication afterwards and the fact that I was left waiting after having rearranged my work commitments to accommodate the viewing.<br><br>Overall, I found the service very poor and the communication extremely disappointing. As someone looking to rent a property, I would expect much better communication and consideration from a professional estate agent.

From the beginning, Georgina has been incredibly friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the property. It is clear that she takes a genuine interest in both the house and her clients. She has kept us fully up to date at every stage, and has gone above and beyond to help us, even taking calls and assisting us outside of normal working hours. Her communication has been fantastic, particularly when liaising with the solicitors, and she has always been honest and reassuring. She has put us at ease throughout what can be a very stressful process. We cannot thank Georgina enough for all of her help and support. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with!
