26th May 2026 (16 weeks ago)On behalf of my son Richard…..I was new to buying a property and Hope at Stephensons was the Estate Agent for the sellers. My own online solicitor and the vendors solicitor were quite slow to the point my mortgage offer was only valid for 6 months (took 5 months 2 weeks to completion). To be honest without Hopes additional work over and above working tirelessly with both sets of solicitors I think I would have lost the house purchase. Hope was so helpful and patience with me when I was getting no updates from my own solicitor. Hope went above and beyond her own job description. Thankyou Hope, I am forever grateful to you for getting this over the finish line. Brilliant work.

2nd Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)Awful service. Had to take several attempts to get photographs right and then proceeded to gossip to our neighbours about our personal moving plans. Very unprofessional and a serious breach of client confidentiality. Avoid unless you want your personal plans revealing to your entire local area.

16th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I found Simon to be extremely amiable and accommodating but, I am afraid the communication afterwards was poor. The very few conversations we had were predominantly instigated by me. We only had one viewing which I was told was because the market is slow. I am not sure how proactive Simon was with trying to sell my property. I do realise it seems properties are not selling as quickly in the present climate.
