Throughout our journey with her from initial viewing to completion we found her to be very approachable and helpful and she could not have done more to facilitate a highly satisfactory conclusion for both ourselves and we believe also our sellers. On the rare occasions when Tash was not available herself, Jeremy was always on hand to ensure an informed and seamless experience.
2nd May 2023 (1 year ago)Very pleasant, friendly and well presented and punctual agents but lacked experience which I felt contributed to poor marketing and incorrect information being passed on to prospective buyers. Communication could also have been better.

Whilst the whole team were excellent, extra thanks to Thom who did a great job juggling the inevitable various queries and delays, calmly and professionally.

Daniel and Duncan kept me informed every step of the way doing everything possible to expedite matters. Having bought and sold various properties throughout the years, Wentworth are by far the best agents with whom I have dealt. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough if you are searching for a home in Bath.

The day before our move-in, our original landlord unexpectedly withdrew from the agreement, leaving us in a difficult spot. The team at Hamptons went above and beyond to secure us an alternative flat quickly and seamlessly. Their professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for our situation made all the difference, and we were able to move with minimal disruption. If you're looking for a team that truly puts their clients first, we highly recommend Hamptons in Bath. We’re very grateful for their hard work and couldn’t have asked for a better outcome - our new flat is amazing!

I must admit to being sceptical about their claims to find a buyer in the timescale they said....but they did ! What I found particularly pleasing was the updates and the " gentle pushing " of solicitors as the sale progressed. Nigel, the owner is passionate about his business - his enthusiasm and positivity shine through, and give Lock & Key the edge over "ordinary" estate agents
26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

Jules negotiated an unexpectedly good sale price for my house and, with the additional support of Nicola at the Whitfields office to progress the sale, really helped keep everything on track. Both buyer and seller are treated with respect and honesty and there is regular communication with both parties right through to completion.
