Excellent communication, attention to detail and don't take on too many clients (unlike some other agents I considered) and so had the time to be thorough and do a great job, going above and beyond what I expected. Jules negotiated an unexpectedly good sale price for my house and, with the additional support of Nicola at the Whitfields office to progress the sale, really helped keep everything on track. Both buyer and seller are treated with respect and honesty and there is regular communication with both parties right through to completion.

Went to Jaine after using a nationwide estate agent and a sale falling through (not their fault but their communication was awful). From the first meet Jaine’s approach was refreshing, the video she did was like a viewing of the property, using a drone helped get the bigger picture! Jaine did the majority of the viewings herself with help from Kaitlin, and we were kept fully informed. The sale process was challenging with some solicitors but Nicola, who deals with the sale’s progression was exceptional, tenacious, diligent and patient with our many calls! Thank you all. If you are looking for an estate agent, give Jaine a call, you won’t be disappointed. Fully deserve 5 stars.

After using a corporate estate agents who failed to communicate with us and appeared to do very little to market our property, we moved over to Jaine Whitfield Bespoke Estate Agent. From the first visit Jaine made us feel comfortable, she was friendly and knowledgeable. The video she does is amazing, and makes you feel like you are doing the first viewing - I wanted to buy our house after watching her video!! The online portal works well and, unlike the first estate agents, we were kept up to date with everything.
AFTER NOTE - Finally, after over 5 months, we have exchanged today (20th Feb), with completion for 22nd Feb. Thank you to all at Jaine Whitfield Bespoke Estate Agents for your hard work and help during this stressful time. A special thank you has to go to Nicola ,whose tenacity, patience and determination shone through, she went over and above in doing whatever she could to get us to where we are now.

Fantastic service from start to finish... Jaine set realistic but positive expectations for the sale of our 3-bed semi in Corsham and pulled out all the stops to get a sale within weeks under challenging market conditions.
Nicola was fantastic in providing regular updates as the sale progressed and was very helpful in nudging all parties when needed. She deserves a medal for having to listen to my regular whinging about conveyancers, and both herself and Jaine were always easy to reach when we needed to contact them and responded very quickly. Couldnt really ask for more.

After a long house search, Jaine was the best Estate Agent we came across. From the outset with a very professional video of the property and surrounding area, and later 2 comprehensive viewings, nothing was too much trouble for her to do for us. Once in the process of purchasing the property, she was friendly and consistently helpful - as was her exp agency in general. There was even a named staff member to facilitate the ongoing sale and chain progress. We recommend both Jaine and exp if you want the best estate agency experience.

Bespoke Estate Agents did a fantastic job of advertising and selling my property. As I live overseas I had to place a great deal of responsibility onto Jaine and she came up trumps!! She facilitated every requirement and went above and beyond what I could have expected to resolve issues and ultimately complete the sale.

The property we purchased in July 2022 was managed through Jaine Whitfield and all the interactions we had with Jaine and Lauren and the rest of the team were splendid: professional and so very friendly. Information was clearly conveyed and we were kept in the loop with proceedings on their end of the chain which really helped us manage our end of the chain. Advice given was very welcome and the team were very easy to reach and quick to respond both by phone and email which made the process feel so much more personal and bespoke.
Arranging the viewing was easy and we were shown all of the important elements and given full information on the property, its age and current state. Seller's expectations were communicated clearly and we couldn't be happier with the process overall - especially since our chain was not the most streamlined/had issues crop up quite a lot.
We were welcomed very warmly into our new home and are very happy with the property itself - we would recommend Jaine Whitfield's firm to all!

Right from the start we were impressed with Jaine's professional but friendly approach. Her style was very different from other agents we'd spoken to, and it was a breath of fresh air. Jaine helped us with our first house purchase, and we cannot recommend her enough. Although we were not very familiar with the buying process, she provided excellent and timely advice whenever we needed it, connected us to a very efficient solicitor, and made sure that the process was completed before the end of the Stamp Duty holiday. She was very responsive and friendly throughout the whole process. If we ever end up selling the property in the future, we cannot think of a better estate agent to work with than Jaine.

We were rather rusty at the house buying and selling business, having not moved for 33 years. But after an initial chat with Jaine in Nov’20, we decided to take the plunge. We were so glad we did! The whole selling process ran very smoothly , with very good communication from Jaine throughout. Our first buyer had to pull out in December but new buyers were found a few weeks later which enabled us to start looking seriously for a property to move to in West Wales. Having found our property, we went through a few stressful times on the conveyancing, and again, although it was not her role, Jaine was very helpful and reassuring. Thank you very much Jaine, we would recommend you to anyone considering moving home. Just can’t believe we’ve been very happily moved for a month now !

Having sold 14 properties over the years, I can honestly say that Jaine is up there amongst the best being professional and most importantly “ on the ball” and responsive.
From the outset, Jaine was able to provide a timely valuation which I felt was very accurate and fair and as a consequence found me a proceedable buyer very quickly.
Unfortunately the buying process is drawn out at the moment due to extended waiting times tor searches and the additional security checks by solicitors but throughout this process Jaine was always up to date with where things stood .
So in summary would recommend her to anyone.
