31st Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing. during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism. at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given. completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..

Communication throughout the whole process was excellent and the team at Seymour's particularly Clive was excellent at keeping in constant communication with the entire chain. I highly recommend the team at Seymour's in Guildford

Requested maintenance and repairs were always acted upon within hours with reliable trades-people. They are nice people and I thoroughly recommend them

After having 3 valuations back in the summer, i decided to appoint Shane Bray at Bourne, i felt his evaluation of the property was fair (not the highest), his fee was fair ( not the cheapest) and most of all i felt i could trust him and his team. After a busy successful launch day on the property, the team found me a choice of buyers, and the sale went through with the teams constant progression early November. I could not have done this without Shane and his team, they were exceptional through a very difficult time. Bourne really are fantastic, thank you all.
