I have been using Christian Reid for over eight years now with regard to the letting of my property. Personally I have found both Chris and Sam to be very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in all aspects of renting out my property, including finding the right tenants and dealing with any property maintenance issues promptly
I am also buying a property through them and have been impressed with the way Amanda has been dealing with the purchase, keeping me informed and making sure things move quickly and smoothly. I would certainly recommend Christian Reid for both sales and lettings.

Christian Read are head and shoulders above all other lettings agents I have ever dealt with. Chris and Sam especially have been outstanding from start to finish! The whole team are friendly, professional and knowledgeable and gave me great advice when letting out our property in Cranleigh. I highly recommend them!

***Note. After my accurate review and the reply given I have emailed and heard absolutely nothing. Also its interesting how the day after this review they miraculously get another few 5 star reviews. Having to fake reviews shows the sort of business you are dealing with***
Our dealing with Christian Reid, and Chris have been appalling from start to finish. We moved into one of their properties with our young family, to save for our home. Under first impressions it looked ok...but then the cracks started to show.
Quite simply the property was not fit for purpose and certainly shouldn't have been let to a family, the doors didn't shut, the conservatory leaked, the stair were to be honest dangerous, the garden was such a huge overgrown mess (with bolts sticking up from the concrete section), and the wet room was so poorly fitted it was leaking water through the hallway and pulling the floor up.
I started with the wet room. I emailed Chris to suggest something needs to be done.......we heard nothing. Weeks later Chris emailed and said he would speak to the owner.....we once again waited and heard nothing.
I installed a new bath, floor, kitchen floor and painted the kitchen all out of my own pocket, as having a young family you simply cant wait for people who aren't interested in getting back to you.
Chris's attitude when asked about any financial help was "that was entirely up to you"
I now knew that they weren't interested at all.
Upon finally getting our new home and leaving, Chris wanted to show people round. The date he asked we told him not to, as we had removal men there and were in the middle of moving.......Chris personally showed up on that day with 3 separate sets of people to view and then told us he...."Hadn't read the email"
As a company owner, who enjoys countless 5 star reviews across a host of platforms I can safely say that because i know what I'm doing, and my team work hard for my customers, we are praised for it.
So in completion, if I could give Christian Ried less than one star I would. Zero interest, and zero knowledge of what people actually require.

I let my property through Christian Reid for 5 years. Great service from Sam and Chris who I feel resolved any issues speedily so tenants were happy and so was I! They seem to have a good range of contacts with appropriate tradesmen when work needed doing and were excellent at liaising with me and keeping me informed. I felt I didn’t need to worry about issues arising as Sam and Chris would deal appropriately with them.
I have just sold through Christian Reid (fingers crossed it all goes ahead), and was pleased to note I got what I considered to be a good rate for selling, with reduction for having had my rental with them.
Highly recommended!

I have been using Christian Reid as a letting agent for many years now and would not hesitate to recommend their services. The team are knowledgeable, friendly and highly professional. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always prepared to go the extra mile if required. They also cover a much wider area than just Cranleigh, and I have found them to be more focused than the agents I had previously used in the Horsham and Billingshurst areas.

Christian Reid have been helpful from start to finish during our moving process. Nothing is ever too much and they are always quick to respond back to you, should you have any queries. We had very pleasant dealings with both Chris and Sam. They are both very knowledgable and are always more than happy to help. Would recommend Christian Reid to anyone looking to buy or rent a property.
