I bought through Edward at Roger Coupe 19 years ago and he also kicked things off with my sale a few months ago. Edward is extremely experienced and I trust his valued opinion.
Jo Bennett did the viewing with my buyer and was my contact until it sold. Jo was a brilliant communicator and kept me fully updated throughout. She showed great empathy when I experienced some issues with my onward purchase too. I would not hesitate to recommend this fantastic estate agent. The whole team are so professional! 13 Viewings on Saturday, April 2, resulted in 7 OFFERS by Monday 4th. Went to Final Bids and accepted Offer on April 5.
Result : £30,000 more than asking price !

I would just like to say a massive "thank you" to Edward, Liz and the rest of the team for their very kind support during these last six or seven months of selling what was our family home.
We bought our lovely home from Edward in 2006 and were very happy in Ifold until sadly I lost my husband to cancer in 2012. Edward supported me with valuations for Probate, and also before I relocated, with valuations and advice, to Norfolk.
Edward and his team have been so kind as it has been an emotional rollercoaster and I'm so pleased that our family home is now going to be loved by another family.
I have nothing but praise for the service and also the kindness during what has been a very difficult time for me - it's severing one of the last links with my late husband. The kind and positive comments have been a god-send in what would otherwise have been a very painful process as it has been very long and drawn out! The professionalism shown by Edward and his team is matched by their kindness and support and their tenacity.

Having just sold our house with Roger Coupe I have nothing but positives to share and would wholeheartedly recommend them if you are thinking about marketing your property. From my experience of other estate agents, Roger Coup are unique in their approach in a number of ways. Every member of staff is professional, courteous, committed and proactive. When showing a property (we were purchasing as well as selling so were able to see how they sell) they do not simply leave you to wander around, they give helpful suggestions, suggest fixes for any reservations you have and have clearly studied the history/details of the houses they are showing; none of the frustration of realising that they know little more about a property than you as they have not bothered to do their research. Their communication is far superior to other estate agents. They will even contact you to let you know if there is 'no news' so that you're not left wondering if they have forgotten to call. They follow up all viewings and ask for feedback which they share if it may help with improving future showings. We were happy with the price we achieved and the time scale in which our property sold. We will be recommending Roger Coupe to family and friends.
