Having just sold our house with Roger Coupe I have nothing but positives to share and would wholeheartedly recommend them if you are thinking about marketing your property. From my experience of other estate agents, Roger Coup are unique in their approach in a number of ways. Every member of staff is professional, courteous, committed and proactive. When showing a property (we were purchasing as well as selling so were able to see how they sell) they do not simply leave you to wander around, they give helpful suggestions, suggest fixes for any reservations you have and have clearly studied the history/details of the houses they are showing; none of the frustration of realising that they know little more about a property than you as they have not bothered to do their research. Their communication is far superior to other estate agents. They will even contact you to let you know if there is 'no news' so that you're not left wondering if they have forgotten to call. They follow up all viewings and ask for feedback which they share if it may help with improving future showings. We were happy with the price we achieved and the time scale in which our property sold. We will be recommending Roger Coupe to family and friends.... Read more
